Best advisory firm in Tokyo
Robert has been our advisor for a number of years now, he took over my husbands account first after contacting Argentum. After he changed the portfolio around my husband began to make much better returns. So I decided to use Argentjm’s services myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend them for anything finance related. My order is stuck in US customs due to your ignorance
My order is stuck in US customs. You are totally unaware of the new regulations and have not complied. DHL is charging me $260 for duties. I am NOT paying. When you are in the e-commerce business, you have to be ahead and aware. You clearly are NOT. At this point you need to contact DHL and clear the order from customs for forthwith delivery, or reship my order to me immediately in FULL COMPLIANCE with US Customs regulations. Otherwise I need a refund. This is BULLSHIT.

We’re sorry to hear of your frustration with US Customs & Duties. We agree ~ these charges are excessive, but they are beyond our control.
For clarity, these rates are set locally by US Customs under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule (effective since August 29, 2025). To help customers prepare, we note clearly on our website that ‘payment of applicable duties and taxes is the responsibility of the receiving party.’
That said, you are very welcome to refuse delivery. Once the products are safely returned to us, we'll issue you a full refund. For future convenience, our skincare and fragrance collections are also available online with Bloomingdale’s and in Bloomingdale stores in NYC and LA.
While we understand how frustrating US duties and taxes can be, we ask for kindness and care in all communication 🖤

Discovey set
I ordered discovery set and I ended up dissapointed. I was really attracted to the concept and immagined the parfumes had at least good staying power, but samples come with whitish fluid that resembles body lotion and not the parfume. Needless to say, I had body lotions with better staying power. Some notes are pleasant, some not so much...but that is not a problem. The problem is that based on the samples, I will not order the parfume I liked, because it dissapears quickly.

Our fragrance collection was designed to be different. Free from alcohol, which can dry the skin and disrupt its delicate microbiome, each scent is crafted using a patented Water Plant Emulsion process. This is what gives it that milky texture you mentioned... It’s a moisturising microemulsion that carries the fragrance close while being kind to both skin and hair.
The result is a sensorial experience that feels softer and more intimate than traditional alcohol-based perfumes, which can often project. Some are drawn to this gentler character, but for others, it can feel different to what they’ve come to expect from an eau de parfum.
