I genuinely cannot recommend ByErim enough. I started using the hair oil a couple of years ago and instantly fell in love with it. The blend of 8 natural oils, including amla, argan, castor and coconut oil, leaves my hair feeling incredibly healthy, soft and nourished all week long. It's lightweight, non-greasy and honestly makes such a noticeable difference to the overall health and shine of my hair.
After seeing such amazing results from the oil, I decided to try the shampoo and conditioner and that was honestly the best decision ever. I used to struggle with so much hair fall every time I washed my hair, but after consistently using the products, I noticed a huge reduction in hair loss. The conditioner leaves my hair unbelievably silky, smooth and manageable, and my hair feels stronger after every wash.
Of course, I then had to try the scalp scrub and I was genuinely speechless. It removes all the excess oil and buildup so well, and my scalp has never felt so fresh and clean. It honestly gives that deep-clean feeling without making your scalp feel dry.
When I heard ByErim was launching a hair mask, I already knew I needed it immediately - and somehow it exceeded my expectations too. It leaves my hair looking and feeling like I've just walked out of a salon. My hair feels so luxurious, soft, glossy and healthy after using it. At this point, I genuinely don't even feel like I need salon treatments anymore.
You can truly tell how much love and care has gone into this brand and its products. Every product I've tried has completely transformed my hair, and I'm constantly getting compliments on how healthy it looks now. ByErim has honestly become a permanent part of my haircare routine and l'll forever repurchase.

I bought the brush at the Brent Cross fair and let me tell you it is ljfe changing! i have thick hair that often gets knotty so it’s exhausting and overwhelming trying to brush it out but i just tried the by erim brush and the brush is lightweight and not harsh and can get out the knots easily! I travel a lot too so it’s perfect to take abroad! Thank you Erim i was sceptical but i’m glad i got it

Love this hair oil, I've used it for years and can really tell the difference when I run out or stop using.
The only negative I would say is that I placed an order on Monday, and in the space of 7 minutes from that I received 9 emails from ByErim, it's really annoying to have your emails spammed that much by one company in such a short space of time just because you placed an order.

Love the oil and scalp scrub (need to try all the rest of the products) been using it for a while now and I never really knew about scalp health but I’ve noticed since I’ve combined the two products, my hair has gotten so much better and my scalp feels great and breathable and clean (hard to explain haha but try it and you’ll know what I mean) it all starts to make sense. Great products, great company with great ethos, great morals and great customer service to be honest so I’m a By Erim happy customer

Oil is overpriced, you can actually use oil recipe and make at home. Also for some reason it thins my hair and has made it more brittle. Seen improvement since returning to other much cheaper oils.

I love the hair oil, it leaves my hair feeling healthy without being greasy! Its a great blend of oils too and would highly recommend!

I bought the lavender hair mask at an event where I got to meet Erim as well! Lovely gorgeous girl! Brought the mask and tried it on that night and loved it as well! Will deffo be investing in some more products! :)

ByErim products are wonderful, I have been using them a good few months, and my hair has improved so much, my hair loss is less, my hair looks and feels healthy after so many years.

I would definitely recommend ByErim products and I will carry on using them.

Absolutely no complaints about the product, i'm a repeat buyer for a reason!

The only thing i would say (whilst on my 6th oil bottle) is how i wish there was a way to see exactly how much product was left inside - it's a weighty bottle so it can be hard to gauge! If not an entirely clear bottle then maybe a clear strip going down the side to allow some visibility?

I will never stop using ByErim for as long as they keep creating their amazing products. I’ve been using the hair oil ever since it first came out and keep adding to my collection with every release! I’ve tried every single product ByErim offers (minus the new drop) and everything does what it says on the tin! The hair oil has helped my hair growth so much. I’ve used it consistently for 6 months + (twice a week) and my hair is fuller and healthier. This hair oil really is a game changer for me. So much so, friends and relatives have asked what I used and I direct them here. I used to use coconut oil and Amal oil religiously but honestly they didn’t make much of an impact as byerim’s hair oil did for me.
My favourite product has to be the hair mist! I can’t finish getting ready without it. There aren’t many nice hair mists in the market but this one gives me so many compliments it’s unreal. Both oudrose and cedarsmoke are truly beautiful scents. I literally have to hide them from my sisters so they don’t steal it!

​I am genuinely impressed with the quality of this oil. Finding a product that balances deep nourishment with a clean finish is rare, but ByErim has absolutely nailed it.

​The consistency is rich and luxurious, yet it defies the common pitfall of many oils: it leaves zero greasy residue. My hair feels significantly softer, and my beard—which is typically quite coarse—is much more manageable and hydrated.

​Skin-Friendly & Natural
​As someone prone to acne breakouts, I am usually hesitant with new oils. However, this formula is incredibly lightweight on the skin; it doesn't feel heavy or "clogged," and I’ve experienced no irritation or breakouts since I started using it. The scent is another highlight—it’s wonderfully natural and subtle, avoiding that synthetic, over-perfumed smell found in cheaper alternatives.

​Knowing it is Dermatologically Approved and Clinically Tested gives me total peace of mind. It’s a versatile, high-performing product that delivers on every claim. I’m already looking forward to trying the Cedar scent next!

A couple things: I don’t typically write reviews even when I’m satisfied and I’ve also invested in a number of other hair oils.

That being said, I always incorporate ByErim hair oil into my hair routine regardless of venturing to other products — it is my go-to and cannot be replaced. I use it everyday because it doesn’t build on the hair and it’s so nourishing. I love it.

I have my hair oil on subscription and I noticed it had been a month since my last tracking update. I was unable to get a response or any further information from the tracking company. However, I reached out to the ByErim team and they replaced my order quickly with no charge. I really appreciated this. I’m a loyal customer and I would’ve paid again because her product is so well made. It was such a sweet surprise to see that it was taken care of and it made me feel valued as a customer.

My scalp was quite dry, so I used it & the next day, it wasn't dry. So far, its been good. Will use it more & see how it goes.
