Very happy with this company so far. Support has been great, Discord mods are knowledgeable. The dashboard’s easy to use. The balance based drawdown is definitely my favorite feature.

I asked a simple and straightforward question to ThePropTrade support team: "After passing the challenge, do you provide real capital to trade with live liquidity providers, or is it simulated?"

Instead of a clear answer, I received a series of vague, copy-paste, and evasive replies, which I am attaching here for your reference.

It became obvious that ThePropTrade operates using simulated accounts, even after funding. They show real market quotes, but your trades do not actually reach the live market. Your "funded account" is just a simulated server account — no real capital is being deployed.

Worse, they admitted (between the lines) that payouts are funded from the fees paid by failed traders, not from real trading profits. In plain words: you pay for the challenge, most people fail, and they use the losers' fees to pay a few winners and run their operations.

Meanwhile, ThePropTrade sponsors influencers like ParidaFX and others. These influencers pay $371 for a $100K challenge, get their money back through affiliate commissions, and act as marketing agents for the firm — all while misleading naive traders into thinking this is a real prop firm offering real capital. It’s a win-win for the firm and influencers, but a trap for genuine aspiring traders.

Don’t get duped by claims like "tight spreads" or "fast payouts." If they were truly providing real capital, they wouldn't need to simulate your trading or fund payouts from challenge fees.

If you still doubt, read the attached chat proof — it's clear that the support team was scrambling, buying time, and unable to answer critical financial questions without escalating to their "relevant team."
