I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I generated a profit of around $1000, expecting a fair and smooth payout process.
However, after a long and frustrating negotiation with their team, they only released $338.
What makes this even worse is that I initially paid $441 just to purchase the account. So not only was my profit reduced without proper justification, but I didn’t even recover what I invested.
This clearly shows negligence and lack of transparency in their payout system. The process felt manipulated, and I had to continuously follow up just to get a partial amount released.
For traders, especially from India, this is a serious red flag. You may put in the effort to make profits, but there is no guarantee you will actually receive your earnings.
I strongly recommend others to stay cautious and avoid trusting this platform with your money until they fix their payout practices and start treating users fairly.

You purchased a PayFlex Step 1 account valued at $9.99. You have never received a funded account, made profit on funded account and subsequently never reached the payout stage - meaning no payout request was ever submitted or processed on your account.

We’d like to clarify the situation for accuracy.
During our verification process, we identified a clear mismatch between the registered account holder and the individual operating the account. As part of our standard compliance procedures, we requested a short interview with the registered account owner to confirm ownership. This request was declined.
As a result, the account could not be funded, and a full refund of active accounts was initiated in line with our policies.
Regarding the refund timing, while we processed it promptly, the final timeline depends on the payment provider and issuing bank, which is outside of our control.
We take account integrity seriously to ensure a fair and secure environment for all traders.

Scam, Terminated my 8 month old funded account.

They terminated my 8 month old funded account after 2nd payout.
I have 5+ years of trading experience. But they said I gambled.Even I folllowed all rules, did never breach any rule.
I requested 1500$ payout on 25k account, they held a so called risk interview, I explained each and every trade of 3 months on 35 minuted google meeting, shared my screen, show my entire phone and tradingview indicators, but they only wanted to terminate with illicit reasons.
They didnt want to listen logics. They kept questioning fundamentals and technicals.
To shut mouth, they processed the payout, but terminated without proper reason.
I reached out for help to influencers whose affiliate code i used to buy account, but they too dont care after getting commisions.
Edit: 22 Feb 2026: They blocked me from their discord.

We understand that emotions can run high when an account review does not go the way a trader hoped. However, it is important to keep the facts clear.
The account was flagged through routine risk monitoring, after which a live review session was conducted to allow the trader to explain the strategy in detail. Following that review, our experienced risk team determined the activity did not meet the standards required for continuation of a funded account, and the account was closed accordingly.
Each payout request on this account was completed.
Disagreeing with an outcome does not make it a “scam.” It means the account did not pass risk evaluation.

ThePropTrade rejected my $30,169 payout and breached both of my funded accounts by falsely accusing me of one-sided betting. When I asked their CEO, for clarification, she blocked me on Telegram and deleted the entire chat history, as if this were routine. They also revoked my dashboard access and banned me from Discord.
