The prop trader gave me 1:100 leverage instead 1:50 on 1 step funded account
I talked with them that theire is Error in my funded account they close my funded account and said you use 130% margin then i ask them i can use maximum 100% margin only. how are you are saying 130% margin.
After 10 days they said your trading style not ailing with company Instead funding account they offer me refund

Please avoid their account to purchase. you will lose your money be aware from this kind of scammer prop firm

Hi team I request you to remove the spread system and keep the fixed commission as per lot size....... because of this speed system we cannot place our stoploss in system as it gets hit due to spread even in actual it's not....so please please please remove this spread system and keep the commission thing the way it was earlier.

So far the customer support has been excellent and fast to respond my question, I’m currently in a challenge and hopefully all goes smoothly

I purchased a $5,000 account with The Prop Trade. During my trading, I kept my balance and equity above the $5,000 level at all times. However, my account was later marked as having breached the maximum drawdown rule.

The issue was that the metrics displayed on the firm’s dashboard did not match the actual data from the trading platform. I relied on the dashboard figures to monitor my risk, and because those figures were inaccurate, my account was closed unfairly.

I also sent an email to their support team explaining the issue in detail, but I did not receive any reply. This makes the experience even more disappointing, as I expected at least some acknowledgment.

I believe accurate and reliable metrics are very important for traders, and I hope the firm will take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution. I am sharing this so other traders are aware to double-check platform data against the dashboard.

thePropTrade has a strong, encouraging community that keeps you motivated and learning. Their support team is quick to respond and always helpful, which makes trading with them feel reliable and professional. A great place for traders of all levels I believe, I felt safe trading there, no hidden rules, will definitely be doing it more.

At the first sight they may look appealing with Friday payout cycle and cheap prices but there is a fire under the hood.

If you trade Gold or indices (US30, NAS,..)
Prepare for ocean wide slippage and there are many people that can confirm this one in their discord channel. Got slipped by 15 pips on each gold trade so perhaps if you’re a scalper using higher lot sizes count that only slippage entry+exit will take 0.75% of your account balance.
Even worse case on indices. The higher lot size the higher slippage. Perhaps I got slipped by 20 points on US30 trading 2 lots.

Furthermore, since one of successful traders took them 10 consecutive payouts of about 30k USD they started to conduct scammy interviews when obtaining a funded account or a payout. They will even ask you to show your room when interviewed. LOL

They also started missing their deadline issuing payouts on Friday and pushing funded account issuance back to their 3rd business day which can easily be 5 days including weekends.

Their costumer staff is nice as long as you don’t come up with a constructive critisism. Once painful truth and complaints appear in their discord you can see employees aggressive defensive stance which is always a red flag.

So in conclusion if you are looking for a prop where your mind would be at peace and not worrying about every step in the process I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

The rules r the best and now the proptrade is my favourite .

Best spread in the industry

But hoping from them to bring MT5 (MetaTrader 5) trading Platform too

Worst prop firm ... support is good but don't address real issues... their trading platform keeps on bugging and they don't care. Payouts are also denied

I purchased a 5k account using UPI on 01-07-2025. The payment was successful, and the site also confirmed it immediately — but no account was issued. I contacted support, and after 3 days of silence, they claimed they had not received any funds.

I then contacted my UPI app provider, and they confirmed the money was successfully credited to the receiver’s account on the same day. On 03-07-2025, I received a message from the company stating the payment didn't reach them and that I'd receive a refund in 7 working days.

I waited patiently and followed up on 11-07-2025 — again, no proper response. On 21-07-2025, I followed up once more, and their reply was the same: "Funds did not reach us, please contact your bank."

I contacted my bank, and they again confirmed the funds were successfully deposited to the merchant. Yet, the company keeps insisting the funds didn’t reach them.

So now I’m stuck in a loop:

The company claims they didn’t receive payment.

My bank confirms the merchant did receive it.

They have no functional email support.

You can only reach a live chat agent who can't escalate or resolve issues.

It’s been over 20 days, and I still have no account, no refund, no accountability.

But here’s the problem:
👉 Which bank helps you after 20+ days of a successful UPI transaction?
👉 I made the payment willingly to the account they provided — not by mistake, not to the wrong person.

My bank has already confirmed:
✔️ The payment was successful.
✔️ The funds were credited to their account.
So there’s nothing the bank can do now — and the company just keeps repeating the same line, offering no real support.

There’s zero accountability from their side even after showing proof of payment.

It's been over 3 weeks, xyz amount is gone, and I’ve received no product or refund. This is unacceptable.

⚠️ Warning for others:

This was a completely failed experience. The lack of proper support, no working escalation path, and vague responses make this service extremely risky.

🔴 If anything goes wrong with your payment, you're completely on your own.

I’m sharing this so others can avoid going through the same. At this point, I’ve lost both my money and my trust in this platform.

platform is user friendly and the rules are clearly explained which makes trading much less stressful. I appreciated the on boarding process . its refreshing to deal with a prop firm that actually want to see traders succeed.

They fell off. Just rejecting payouts and terminating funded accounts in the name of Interview and offering a refund. I do not recommend investing in this firm
