Smooth experience so far
The support stuff was available to clear all my questions.
I like the payflex challenge, i can try my skills before buying full price. this way i get more chances to succeed without spending full amount like other firms.
Also rules are clear, i did not see anything hidden, they are all in their FAQs.
Dashboard is smooth, shows all necessary info.
Overall it's been great experience, I would definetely reccommend it! Keep it up.

The first impression is really good
The first impression is really good. I like TradeLocker for trading, much simpler then cTrader in my opinion. Execution is good, spreads are also good. The best however is the support team. I had a small technical issue, and went to Live chat. The issue was resolved by support agent who was not only kind, but also efficient and funny. Things can break, but if there is a polite team that can fix it for you, that’s a win for me.

thePropTrade is a fantastic prop firm and one that you can work with having full confidence! I have been trading with them for a few months now. Amazing support, great trading conditions, fair rules, and most importantly, transparent and reliable payouts.
I've now had payouts processed each friday for 4 weeks in a row! I love it becuase you can trade patiently knowing your payout will be processed fast. Can't wait to continue my journey with this firm.

Our monitoring confirms there were no execution delays or platform lag during the time you mentioned. What you observed is normal market behavior, market fluctuations can cause temporary spread widening, which is completely normal across all brokers and prop firms. This is not related to individual traders’ SL or TP levels as we do not interfere with spreads in any way. All spreads come directly from the market conditions provided by our liquidity sources.
If you believe a specific trade needs review, our team is always here to take a closer look.

SCAM ALERT – UNFAIR PRACTICES BY THIS PROP FIRM
After taking 2–3 consistent payouts, they suddenly banned my account and refunded my fee without any valid reason. I did NOT breach a single rule — every trade I took was within their stated guidelines.
Their so-called “compliance interview” is just a trap for profitable traders. The moment you start making consistent profits, they start questioning your strategy, calling it “suspicious” or “manipulative,” and then terminate your account to avoid paying more.
This is absolutely disgraceful and unethical behavior from a company that claims to support real traders. If they can’t handle people who actually trade well, what’s the point of offering a funded account in the first place?
It’s clear they only want traders who lose — as soon as you show consistency, they label you a cheater. Completely unacceptable.
I’ve seen many traders going through the same — do your research before joining! Don’t waste your time, money, and effort with a firm that punishes success instead of rewarding it.
Zero transparency. Zero fairness. 100% manipulation.
This firm is a complete scam hiding behind fancy rules and fake “reviews.”

You received two payouts, both processed in full and without delay. After these payouts, your account underwent a standard risk review, which is a routine part of compliance process. This process may be initiated at any point in the trader`s journey and is in place to ensure that all funded accounts follow sustainable and authentic trading practices.
Following the review, our team identified significant concerns about the trading approach used on the account. The decision to proceed with suspension of your account with us was based solely on compliance and account integrity, not on account profit performance.
The reasons for such decision were provided in the emails.
We remain committed to fairness, transparency, and supporting genuine traders who follow the rules and employ legitimate, sustainable methods.

Just stay away from this firm — it’s a complete scam.
I bought a total of 3 accounts from them — two $50k accounts failed, and when I finally passed one, the company conducted an interview. I gave the interview very well, explained every trade point by point, including my entry levels, SL, TP, and the full logic behind each trade.
Then I found out that this firm wasn’t giving me the funded account at all — just because I failed 2 out of 3 accounts, they said it looked like “gambling behaviour,” so they refused to give me the funded account.
I properly followed their 70% margin rule.
I properly followed their 3% risk per trade rule.
I followed all of their rules.
Their team themselves confirmed that I didn’t break any rule, yet still they refused to give me the funded account — saying I traded with high lots and used the allowed margin.
Now what’s the point? Even if you use the margin they themselves allow, they still have a problem when you pass.
It’s simply a scam firm — they just collect evaluation fees from customers, and if someone passes, they find an excuse to reject them.
In the end, they tried to act generous by refunding the challenge fee for the passed account, even though I rightfully deserved the funded account.
The simple truth is, they got scared that I might make a big payout from the $50k account, because they had already seen in the interview that my risk–reward ratio is strong.
Now, the main point — they’ll probably come up with some excuse to manipulate you with their reply, but if you really want to save your money, invest in a legit firm. Stay away from this one.

During the verification interview, the trader stated he has five years of trading experience. Account activity on our accounts was 39 trading days with over 250 trades executed.
During the interview, the trader was asked to navigate to platform and open the chart on a specific day in the 1-minute timeframe to explain the strategy used for multiple intraday trades that day. It took 15 minutes to attempt this task, yet it was not completed successfully (trader said he doesn't know how to do so).
A request to place a pending order, which the trader claimed to use occasionally, took significant time and was performed in a way that suggested this was the first time such an action was attempted.
These observations raise concerns as to how a trader with five years of claimed experience, five consecutive payouts, and stated reliance on Fibonacci for every trade could be unable to perform basic platform functions, particularly after using the same platform almost daily for 39 days.
It should also be noted that the interview was conducted in the trader’s native language via written chat, ensuring that language barriers did not prevent clear communication.
The account closure decision was not based on the number of payouts, but on the results of the verification process, which showed significant inconsistencies between the claimed experience and the actual ability to operate the trading platform. It should also be noted that the company does not have any outstanding obligation to the client.

Following your interview, our team identified significant discrepancies between the trading activity on your challenge account and the level of knowledge demonstrated during the discussion. This raised concerns about the account’s authenticity and trading ownership.
It’s also important to note that your challenge fee was fully refunded, and you therefore did not incur any loss.
Additionally, as you mentioned during the interview, other top prop firms had reached similar conclusions and also declined to provide funding.
We always strive to operate transparently and fairly . Our verification process exists precisely to protect both genuine traders and the integrity of the firm.

Allow us to clarify please. You were invited for a standard compliance interview. During the interview and subsequent review of the accounts, it became clear beyond doubt that prohibited strategies were being used.
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, use of prohibited strategies results in account closure. In such cases, no fees are refunded. This is for two reasons:
The service was delivered in full, the client received access to the evaluation accounts and the evaluation process was provided as contracted.
It would be unreasonable to expect a refund where the rules were knowingly breached. To use an analogy: It’s like paying to take a certification exam, but then being caught cheating. You still had the chance to sit the exam, but because you broke the rules, the result is invalid and the fee is not refunded.
This policy is clearly disclosed in our t&c's
