What can i say. My son loves the gloves. After service is amazing as well. Very impressed as a paying parent!! Highly reccommend. My son will wear this brand for years to come.

I had made an error with my order and the company (Shannon) had solved my problem within a few hours. The approach was incredibly personal and supportive. I’ve used the company a lot and this customer service level was excellent. Product is also excellent.

Great customer service experience, couldn't fault it.

My Son has been using One Glove for a long time and loves them.

Had a manufacturing fault on a pair which happens every now and then , replacement pair sent out no quibble.

My son got some of these absolute appalling gloves (second pair. Thought the first was something my son did to them)

They don’t last 2 minutes. Should be advertised as disposable gloves or The One Use Glove.

So so disappointing he wanted these gloves because his icon David raya wears them.

Looking at reviews they seem to blame the same thing over and over and take absolutely no responsibility for ripping people off.

A pair of cheap sondico ones have lasted him longer. I will never ever purchase anything from this company again.

The Customer service(Shannon) has been first class, immediate response and very helpful and I cannot praise highly enough. The reason its not a 5 star review is the cost of the return. Always been a size 8 but way too small and after advice from Shannon ordering a size 10. My fingers are crossed as the gloves look fantastic.

Firstly the gloves are great. From a EFL league two goalkeeper these are some of the best I’ve ever played with. I always play with finger save in certain fingers so their finger save removable spines do the job for me and are an incredible glove overall. Customer service is on point one of the friendliest and most professional teams out there who reply quick and solve problems fast. I needed a missing spine from my glove and they got it to me right away. Only thing I’d say is add a longer more supportive and tight sleeve around the wrist it would make your gloves even better! 10/10 for everything will definitely be a regular customer.

The One glove team do not only supply the best goalkeeping equipment around but their support and knowledge is also unreal. My son has played in Goal since he was 7 and is now 14. He tried other glove brands but none of them are as good or as affordable. Excellent work by all the team.. One glove all the way...

I contacted One Glove CS Team with a very rare quality issue (I have purchased approximately 15 pairs of gloves, several tracksuit / training kits, and have never had an issue previously). Within hours, Shannon had come back to me, offered me some really helpful advice and a replacement pair was on it's way to me! First class customer service, representing a first class brand. This is a genuine, 100% example of how to handle customer queries. Thank you, Shannon - you were brilliant! One Glove Management Team - Shannon is definitely a 'keeper' ;-)
