Ordered gloves for my sons birthday got them personalized there fantastic gloves fit perfect and have a happy child ..I contacted the team when i taught i was waiting to long which i wasnt only 10days as im in Ireland and the team responded so fast to me and kept in contact till the gloves came today ..I would highly recommend one glove over all great experience with them .

I was in need of some new gloves for my daughter and accidentally forgot to include the next day delivery. Shannon quickly jumped on this for me and had everything corrected within a couple of minutes! Couldn't ask for any more!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Unfortunately the seam on the latex palm of my gloves had burst after very little use. I contacted them, explained the issue once and provided the information they needed. Within 10 minutes my replacement order had already been shipped. Completely painless and resolved incredibly quickly. Easily the best customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time.

Had an issue with some items being out of stock once ordered but Shannon in the service team was straight on it and helped find a replacement. The service is second to none and so are the products.

Although the gloves themselves are very good and look the part, I'm very disappointed with how they are packaged and the guidance provided. The gloves are covered in a protective film, which is removed before use. However there is no guidance on how to best remove this. The film is very awkward to remove, leaving behind bits of plastic all around the stitching and causing pinch marks on the gloves themselves. For me this is unacceptable for such an expensive product.

So disappointed in these gloves. After one match, they are already ripped. After contacting one glove, they will not replace them. After paying £45, that’s one expensive match!

Great gloves and at a very reasonable price too! My son has had several pairs and they are now the OG1 is his go to Glove.
