Very disappointed with the quality of the product received. Bought the GEN PRO JB1 JNR gloves for my son and the stitching around the neck of glove came apart after only a couple of games. Sent an email to info at kaliaaer dot com with the details and photos and have yet to receive a response after several days. I then found the form on their website to raise a support request which has since been answered and replacement gloves have been dispatched at no additional cost so although the initial experience wasn't great, I'm grateful that they have resolved the issue.

Purchased some gloves in August which split along the seam during a game the following January , emailed company and they responded instantly offering me the pick of any pair of gloves from their range as a replacement. Customer service was second to none and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Great gloves, great company, great customer service…5 star service 👏👏👏

Have been using these for a few years, my nephew loves the gloves. Great quality, fit etc. I have however in the last few weeks ordered twice opting for and paying for DPD (as RM lost one of my parcels) and twice they have put it as Royal mail, which is the cheaper option.

Not the cheapest gloves but definitely the best I've found. Spent a fortune on replacing sub standard gloves until I found these. Great fit , brilliant quality and last ages. Customer service and delivery is spot on too!

My son Harry only uses kaliaaer gloves , they are so durable and have unbelievable grip in all weather , he won’t use any other gloves, I’ve seen reviews of saying that the gloves don’t last , that’s false , gloves need looking after properly and cleaning without chemicals, Harry uses one pair for training and one pair for matches , and he goes through 2 pairs max per season, he plays for 2 teams at prem level , so a lot of experience to tell anyone, you won’t get better pro quality gloves than kaliaaer .

I bought a pro Hoodie for my grandson. Unfortunately 2 zippers on pockets failed. I contacted Kalieaar on Monday and today Saturday - a replacement arrived. I sent pics of the problem and issue resolved.

Placed an order 2 days ago. Website allowed apple pay but after the payment was taken i haven't received any confirmation and i needed the gloves for Saturday. I appreciate there can be delays in despatching but i have no idea if they even have my order. I have messaged via insta and facebook and both messages have gone unnoticed. I have emailed and sent a contact form and still no response.

I will have to order an alternative product to ensure my son has them for his game on saturday now and will certainly not be ordering from them again

My son has used Kaliaaer gloves and clothing for the past 5 years. Can't fault the quality or fit of gloves and clothing. Customer service is outstanding, nothing is too much to hassle. I would recommend Kaliaaer to any aspiring goalkeepers.

My son’s gloves are falling apart after 3 weeks. Tried to email for advice but received a generic reply and they have failed to respond to my second email. After using these gloves for the past few years this will be our last purchase - not fit for purpose and customer service non existent

My 9year old son has been using these playing in division 1, he loves them!!!!

Recently bought a pair from Kaliaaer, and when putting the gloves on first use the latex tore and left a massive gash along the seam between the palm and the backhand. Contacted customer service and immediately been offered a replacement on any available model. Their customer service cuts to the chase and quicky offers a solution/ compensation for the problem.

I hate to have to give a bad review because we’ve used this company’s gloves before and never had this isssue. The last pair my son had lasted a season and a half, the new ones called Pwrprod24, didn’t last 1 practice. We followed instructions provided by company, I even emailed them with pictures of the gashes in the 1 glove asking what can be done. I was told about some “pre steps” that the owner uses, not any of those were provided with the gloves. When I said okay but what can you do about the damage now when we just got them and paid $95 for gloves and wash, he never answered or replied. Soccer is my sons dream and I do my best to get the items he needs no matter the cost, BUT when a company doesn’t stand by their products or customer it is frustrating, we won’t buy from them again.

Easily the best football gloves about and very well priced. First pair of gloves lasted well over 6 months which includes 3 nights training and 1 match per week. These gloves are now used for training only but still in good condition.

Ordered a new pair for match day last week, was a slight technical problem on the website after I ordered them. I emailed them and Jay from kaliaaer couldn't be anymore helpful to sort it out.

5 star gloves and 5 star customer service

Some of the big retailers could learn a thing or 2 from these guys in terms of customer aftercare.

Ordered a pair of gloves for my son. Couple of sizing issues which were resolved swiftly and with a personal touch from Jay who offered me reassurance and consistent updates.

My son has yet to use the gloves, but they feel like the pros for a much more reasonable price. Hopefully they make him play like his hero big Joe Hart.

My son has been a goalkeeper for 10+ years and had these gloves recommended to him by a semi-pro. Absolutely loved the gloves he got for Christmas, but noticed a slight defect on unpacking. Emailed and got a prompt response (within an hour on a bank holiday) with a replacement pair despatched same day.
Can not fault the customer service, outstanding!

Wish we had found Kaliaaer a long time ago.
Goalkeeper glove 🧤 for my son are a must he play’s 6 days a week. I buy two pair of match gloves & a pair for training.
For the battering the gloves take. No other brand has been able to withstand the pressure.

My son has used Kaliaaer gloves for a while and really rates them. Unfortunately the slime stitching on the newest pair popped after only a few uses. I emailed Kaliaaer explaining the problem and received a response immediately, even though it was a Sunday evening! I was offered a replacement and within a few days I’d received a brand new pair of gloves. Top service! Would highly recommend.

Brought a pair of gloves for my son to wear for matches after being recommended by my son's coach.

Great gloves and my son loves them. However, when going to wash them after their first use, I noticed the latex had ripped. I emailed Kaliaaerr to advise and they said they thought my son had caught them on the ground. Despite this I was offered a replacement straight away. The same day I received notification that a new pair was being sent out.

Absolutely amazing customer service, most companies these days would have told me it was my son's fault and there was nothing they could do. Will definitely be sticking with this brand!

Best goal keeper gloves my son has had, they have lasted ages & still loads of life left in them. All other gloves hes had are battered after a few games. Will definitely buy again. More expensive but definitely worth it & better value in the long run
