Absolutely disgraceful gloves and poor…
Absolutely disgraceful gloves and poor customer service. My 10 year old saved up his pocket money to purchase a pair of gloves, £45 is ALOT to a 10 year old especially when it took him 2 months to save it. He has worn the gloves TWICE. Baring in mind he was only in goal for 20 mins each time. The gloves are in a right state. We followed every single care instruction, from storage to how to put them on without damaging them, washing them correctly and drying them correctly. I reached out to their customer service and they simply said "it's normal". Well I can tell you I work for grassroots and have seen many gloves in my time. £5 pairs do better than these! They refused to replace then and refused a refund. I'll be telling ALL the teams in the Midlands and West Midlands not to buy from this company!

We appreciate that seeing visible wear after the first couple of uses can be concerning. However, the images sent to our customer support team showed only light abrasion to the fingertips, while the latex across the gloves remained intact and fully functional.
This model uses a premium contact latex with a negative cut construction. The latex is intentionally very soft to maximise grip, while the negative cut places additional tension on the fingertips to create a close-fitting feel. As a result, the fingertips are often the first area to show signs of abrasion, even after only a small amount of use. This is an expected characteristic of this style of goalkeeper glove and is common across the industry.
You're actually right that most £5 gloves will last longer. That's because entry-level gloves typically use much firmer latex compounds with a higher synthetic content, designed to prioritise durability over grip. Premium contact latex is intentionally much softer to maximise performance, which means it will naturally show signs of abrasion much sooner. It's the same compromise made across all professional-level goalkeeper gloves, regardless of the brand.
We always replace or refund products where a genuine manufacturing fault is identified. In this instance, the photographs showed normal latex wear rather than a defect, which is why we weren't able to approve a replacement or refund.
While we're sorry we couldn't reach a different outcome, we hope this provides some context around our decision.

ONE GLOVE latex quality are shocking
Bought a pair of gloves, they lasted 1 hour and it was just a training session, deteriated straight away, spoke to customer service and you can tell they must have a lot of customers complaining about the same thing as they had a script ready about (just cause they have holes in doesn't affect the quality) really you pay £50 for gloves that are.going to last a few weeks doubt it, we have been buying gloves for 7 years now and had a few different makes and they have all lasted a good few.months, so ONE GLOVE are refusing me to send them back, even under distance selling regulations, never mind them been not fit for purpose. How can they do this, first time I bought a pair of gloves off them and last time.

After reviewing the photograph you provided, we couldn't identify a manufacturing fault. The wear shown on the fingertips was consistent with normal latex abrasion, rather than holes caused by a defect in the glove. Premium contact latex is intentionally very soft to maximise grip, and because of that it can show visible signs of wear from the very first session.
We completely appreciate that this can be surprising, particularly if you've previously used gloves with a more durable latex compound. Different goalkeeper gloves are designed with different priorities, and the model you purchased places performance and grip ahead of durability.
Our returns policy allows for unused products or items with a genuine manufacturing fault. After reviewing the photograph provided, the wear shown was consistent with normal latex abrasion rather than a manufacturing defect, and the gloves have plenty of life left in them. If we identify a genuine fault with one of our products, we'll always put that right.
We understand this wasn't the outcome you were hoping for, but we hope this helps explain why the return was declined. As always, if you send us additional photographs or information that changes the assessment, we're happy to review the case again.

Terrible gloves and even worse after service
I brought gloves for my son, after one light training session. These looked like they were falling apart. After my wife contacting them, said this was normal.
They were binned within the week and £45 down the drain.
And the after service was terrible.
Save you money and go somewhere else, we have and so much better and even a little cheaper!

After reviewing the photos sent, we couldn't identify a manufacturing fault with the gloves. The marks shown are consistent with normal latex abrasion, which can appear from the very first use. Goalkeeper glove latex is intentionally very soft to provide the highest levels of grip, but the trade-off is that it will naturally show signs of wear much sooner than many people expect.
We completely understand that this can be frustrating, especially when the gloves are new. However, the level of wear shown in the images is cosmetic surface abrasion rather than the gloves failing, and there was still plenty of usable latex remaining.
Because of this, we weren't able to replace the gloves under our warranty, which covers manufacturing defects rather than wear sustained during use. We know that's not the outcome you were hoping for, but it's the same approach taken across the goalkeeper glove industry.

Great gloves and team.
Ordering was simple, delivery was fast. I did unfortunately find a small issue with one of the gloves however oneglove customer service was excellent and promptly swapped them out so I didn't lose any match time with them.
Wore the new gloves on the weekend and they were very comfortable and offered excellent grip even on a ground which was muddy.

The best goal keeper gloves ever!
The grip on them is amazing! The glove glue is fantastic. My sons a div 1 keeper so as you can imagine he’s very busy, plays on Saturday and Sundays. So the gloves are worn a lot. They last for ages!
My son absolutely loves them. Easy to measure for the sizing too.
Never had any issues and they last a long time too. Will always order from them

Ordered a pair of one one glove for my grandson he was so excited he couldn't sleep they arrived he was so happy paid nearly £80 with speedy delivery but he put them on and he has had previous pairs but these one really hurt him his little finger was getting cut in to by a obvious fault contacted one glove they said this wasn't possible lol he has 4 pairs but this pair wasn't right they pretty much called me a lyer so my grandsons birthday was completely ruined please stay away from these money grabbing bastards Rip off they just want your money don't care about who gets hurt

We're sorry to hear that your grandson was disappointed with his gloves, especially as they were a birthday gift.
After receiving your photographs, our customer service team carefully reviewed them and compared them against the construction of this glove model. Based on the images provided, we were unable to identify a manufacturing fault and needed to inspect the gloves in person, as this is the only way we can properly assess the issue you described inside the finger compartment.
To help with this, we reached out immediately the following day and provided a prepaid return label on the 12th June for you to use to send the gloves back to us for inspection. At the time of writing, we have not yet received the gloves and the label has not been used.
If there is a manufacturing fault, we will of course resolve the matter appropriately once our team has had the opportunity to inspect the product. Our offer to inspect the gloves remains open, and we'd be happy to assist further once they are returned to us.
We would recommend checking your junk/spam/deleted folders in case the label has fallen into there :)

We ordered our first pair of goal…
We ordered our first pair of goal keeper gloves not knowing what size our 10 year old would need. He specifically wanted this certain pair so we took a guess on size. They arrived and were too small. I was emailing customer services a lot and dealt with Shannon who was so helpful and saw our return and exchange through from start to finish! She helped me know what size I needed to order showing me how to measure my son’s hands and then advised me on what he needed. Always responded by email and very quickly! It’s great to be able to contact someone and deal direct personally with one person rather than having to keep going round in circles. Thank you to Shannon for all your help!
