I have tried a few brands for my lad over the years but always come back to OG. Quality is fantastic and they styling is spot on. Had a quality issue recently which may or may not have been caused by the hot weather but within a couple of emails it was sorted. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service.

The whole process was so easy. Communication was really responsive, positive and efficient while being very friendly too. All was sorted so quickly. A great company and team to deal with!

You’re developing a really great product, and it just keeps getting better and better. When I first ordered gloves from you, my child fell in love with them right away and now refuses to wear any other gloves. He’s always looking forward to trying out your new designs.

My son has been using one glove for the last 4 years and we’ve never had an issue.
Due to the numbers of orders we’ve placed we were able to swap our points for a free pair of gloves which is absolutely brilliant!!
Shannon was super helpful and ordered our gloves within minutes of receiving our request.
Would always recommend one glove to any young goalkeeper who’s serious about their game.

Literally just cost me £12.50 to look at something in the wrong size for 11 seconds. Ordered some gloves, went of there size chart and even went a size up, miles too small still, meaning an 8 is actually a 6, wanted to exchange for bigger told me they would charge me, wasn't happy with that so returned instead as don't like dealing with thieves. They then told me it costs £5 to refund to my card, or I can have store credit for free, absolute joke of a retailer, far too many conmen out there now, don’t think there is anyone reputable apart from nike or adidas. I like supporting smaller businesses but never again at this ridiculous cost, told me all retailers charge to refund to card, Im yet to find another company myself. Liars. Not happy with this cost especially when there sizing chart is completely wrong and gloves are nowhere near size they should be can only assume its a ploy to get that extra £12 out of every customer, my son wears 6/6.5 in all other brands without any issues, this in 7.5 is far far far smaller than a 6 in other brands, conmen. Also 3 weeks since order still no money back.

Thanks for the jargon about returns, in black and white it stated £5 fee to refund payment to my card or free if I wanted store credit which obviously nobody wants as they are “returning” for a “refund, nothing at all about shipping was mentioned, that would of actually made sense. All that other nonsense too, you do realise your products are actually quite a bit more expensive then similar so to state you do all these hidden charges to keep your prices low is an absolute insult, then also another hidden £2.50 charge for postage insurance nobody asked for, guess thats to keep costs even further down too eh, so not only are the products more expensive, you have to pay even more to apparently keep costs down, what a load of nonsense. If any of this was actually clear and visible instead of hidden I would of never even considered ordering in first place. Do better.

Bot was helpful, Customer service really good. Issue wasn't there - I was referred by mistake, but they were helpful in trying to help me sort it out. If they are this good for something that is nothing to do with them and they don't get paid for, they will be great for customers.

Great company to deal with, love the rewards scheme, very efficient service. Gloves look great, only gloves my daughter will wear now. Please add more colours.

Great customer service. Had a small issue and it was resolved quickly with no fuss.

I emailed about a missing item and the help I received was second to none. So supportive, quick to respond and helpful. They didnt need to help to the extent that they did so it was extremely satisfying that they were able to do what they did. What a fantastic company.

Ich habe zwei Paar Kinderhandschuhe bei One Glove bestellt. Leider sind inzwischen zwei Wochen vergangen und die Bestellung ist noch immer nicht bei uns angekommen. Die Kinder fragen täglich danach, wann die Handschuhe endlich kommen, und sind entsprechend enttäuscht.
Der Kundenservice hat erst nach mehreren Tagen geantwortet und die Situation damit begründet, dass die Transportfirma schuld sei und solche Verzögerungen „normal“ wären. Eine wirkliche Entschuldigung oder ein Entgegenkommen gab es nicht.
Insgesamt war das für uns keine gute Erfahrung. Lange Lieferzeit, wenig hilfreicher Support und enttäuschte Kinder – ich würde hier nicht noch einmal bestellen.
