My daughter wanted some goal keeper gloves and found some she liked on The One Glove website. I went through the sizing guide and measured her hands twice to make sure we ordered the right size. Unfortunately the gloves that arrived were so small that she couldn't even get them past her knuckles. When I created a return you get the option of refund to original method (minus the postage cost) or store credit. I returned the gloves and waited ages to hear about the refund, which didn't happen. I got in contact with them over WhatsApp to ask if they had received the gloves, which they had and was reassured that my refund was going to be processed. Almost a week later I received a refund of £21 (the gloves were nearly £30, plus the postage on top that was £4.99 which I didn't expect to receive back). Although I didn't receive a full refund (which I have no idea why I didn't) I'm glad I chose a refund rather then store credit as I wouldn't want to order from them again, way too much hassle.

Got my new OG1 Seige gloves delivered the same week as ordered.
This is my first pair of OG gloves, quite a step up from what I was using before, the snug fit is amazing and the grip is exactly as advertised - elite. Ball control was exactly what I expected and felt really confidence inspiring. I am normally a size 10 with other gloves and the 10 in these was perfect.

My daughter has been wearing one glove for 4 years now, and she wouldn’t use anything else! It’s not just about the gloves it’s the experience from one glove it self, the staff are incredible and go above and beyond!

Dealt with a problem I’d had with split gloves quickly, offered me store credit, which covered new gloves, deodoriser and covered the p&p

May well be quality gloves but when I returned a pair due to too tight fitting I received £16 less than I paid, paid £64 and they returned £48. Won’t use this company again.

OneGlove customer service have always been first class. My son will not wear any other gloves than OneGlove.

The rewards system is great and even if on the odd occasion an issue, they go above and beyond to rectify.

Can’t recommend this company enough.

My son has been a goalkeeper since he was 8 years old, he is now 15 and is playing high level soccer for Victorian NPL. We tried so many big brands from cheap to top expensive, he still using One glove Australia for all his gloves and gears need. The quality is on top if not better than top brands, fits perfect every-time. Prices are everage for such gloves. Very fast shipping with express service. I've only recently got back into goalkeeping after being away from the position for years, and decided to give One Glove a try. I'm genuinely impressed. The quality you get for the price is outstanding.

The gloves have excellent grip, and after 10+ sessions there's still no visible wear. I've seen a few reviews mentioning durability issues, but a lot of that comes down to how you look after your gloves. Follow the care advice and they'll last.

After my first order, I decided to get ready for the new season and picked up some training kit, a rain jacket, compression protection, and a winter snood for those cold Sunday matches. Once again, the quality exceeded my expectations. In my opinion, it's better than the premium brands I used years ago, and I honestly can't see myself using anyone else now.
