Best company around for goalkeepers

I had an issue in my side but they jumped in and took care of everything and got it fixed fast. Also, every time I had a question, they always responded quickly. P.S. the gloves are awesome as well, my son loves them.

Unfortunately I ordered the incorrect size of gloves. I contacted the support team to exchange for a larger size. The support team member I was in contact with really could not of been more helpful.

I recently had gloves from the one glove sent to me, but sadly had a staining colour on them. So why is it 5 star you ask? When I searched up how to refund them I was having some trouble, until I came to conclusion to just email the support team and hopefully sort out a normal refund. I send the email and it felt like seconds I got a reply from one of the members, Shannon. Shannon helped me so much, gave me great options and helped me get a refund. And not only did I get a refund but I got given store credit and was able to keep the other goalkeeper gloves for spare use! When I asked about other gloves she told me every detail and showed me images on the glove itself. I’ve never in my life gotten such quick, kind and helpful service for something as simple as a refund in my life and I thank Shannon and One Glove so much for the help. Great service and looking forward to my new gloves, Thank you!

amazing company .. my daughter has so many pairs of these and one pair sadly developed a fault .. they dealt with it straight away with a fantastic response .. as well as the gloves being amazing so are the staff.

Fantastic customer service. Shannon was extremely helpful in working out the size and style most appropriate for my daughter.

Ordered a pair of gloves in usual size but to my own fault neglected that a negative cut with fingerspines would need to be a size / half a size bigger - never usually have to return anything but a simple process laid out with the one glove team, and Shannon followed through getting my return turned around in double quick time so I could get on to getting a different bigger pair! Great customer service, great gloves, won't use another brand again!

Gloves are fantastic - have bought previous times before. But also the customer service is second to none. I recently had to retuen a pair because they were too small - our printer had broken so we were having trouble with the return proceas. Shannon in customer services was amazing- gave me a instructions on an alternative way of doing so and didn't charge us any extra. She was so helpful and friendly. A rare thing these days for company's to make it easy for customers to return a product. Very impressed.

Suggest read negative and poor reviews before buying.

We have purchased several gloves from here and unfortunately recently had a very poor experience with suspect faulty pair. After only a few uses they tore substantially whilst removing one of the gloves.

Normally you can contact the company and be met with some sincerity or gesture of goodwill. As per many other reviews you receive nothing but a pre formatted script that reads around sizing, swelling of hands, super strong strength from a young child that could have caused this, not in a fault spot, assumptions on the childs usage of the glove and so on and son.

With this kind of standard response you can safely assume the company gets alot of these complaints so they have a standard wording response that denies all responsibility of assisting.

I can understand cheap gloves not lasting several uses but gloves at this price point? Not fit for purpose at all and NSW Fair Trading is now involved.

Since moved onto other brands with far better success in the feel, quality and performance of the gloves.
