I got to preview what I wanted before I purchased it. The time it took from production, to packaging and shipping was a good amount of time. When I received my package and opened it, it took my breath away. It’s done beautifully with clear, great detail. I absolutely love it. It’s well worth the price.

Easy to order. Took a couple of weeks to arrive as came from overseas which I didn’t realise until after I’d ordered. Good communication with updates on delivery. I ordered the personalised heart gemstone necklace. I would have preferred the names to have been written bigger.
