Ease of ordering and advising that what was ordered had arrived. The bracelet is beautiful and it is more rose colored than gold. Workmanship is wonderful and one could ask for no more. I was reluctant in ordering but glad I did. I will wear the bracelet with pride, something that I will treasure and if asked I will definitely refer them.

I ordered two necklaces one with my name and one with my grandchildren’s names. They are beautiful and look expensive but were very reasonable.One has a longer chain so I can wear them together. Very pretty!!

I love this custom necklace. The gold vermeil feels and acts like solid gold. The Arabic writing of my kids names is perfect. The necklace is even more beautiful in real life than it was on the screen when the site showed a sample.

Love when a company does the right thing
I had a really great experience with Theo Grace. I purchased a custom piece of jewelry for my wife, and while the craftsmanship was beautiful, it just wasn’t quite her style.
Given that it was a custom piece, I fully expected it to be non-returnable—but the team went above and beyond. They worked with us and offered a full store credit for the original value, which allowed my wife to pick out something she truly loves.
That level of flexibility and customer care is rare, especially with custom work. Really appreciated how they handled the situation and would absolutely recommend them.

Something special for a dear friend
I bought this something special for a friend who lost a son. It was a necklace with special photos. It did turn out beautiful but some photos that have a few people are really hard to see - less people or a place would work better. Although she will know who are in the pictures.

This is the second time I have had an issue with my signet ring. Twice the initials were incorrect and it required sizing. The ring came back to me with the same issues. There is no customer service number where I can speak to someone. I no longer want the ring and expect a full refund.

Broken "Christmas Guarantee" – Complete Failure
I am beyond disappointed. I ordered with a "Christmas delivery guarantee," only to be notified at 5:10 PM on Christmas Eve that the gift for my wife would be late. Notifying a customer that late is a disgrace; it left me no time for a backup plan.
The compensation was insulting: a link to a video and an offer for a random "complimentary gift" instead of the quality service promised. I’ve spoken to two different customer service agents, but all I get are scripted apologies while I’m still waiting.
It is now December 26th and the order is still missing. They are good at saying sorry, but terrible at fulfilling promises. Avoid.
