The necklace I ordered was exactly what my granddaughter was hoping for. It was easy to order except there are no approximate sizes of lettering listed in any descriptions. I liked that the pieces were available in a variety of lengths. The price was extremely reasonable, is very high quality, and arrived in the time frame given.

I recently purchased a Mother's Day necklace, a heart pendant with the names of my four grandchildren, Luna, Avery, Harper and Piper, and the diamond signifies 'Grandpa' who recently passed. Also the tennis bracelet is so beautiful, much more beautiful than imagined, and I love how the ends cinch it up, yet dangle and it sparkles so!

What made my experience so great is the amount of personal touch that went into this. I mean even down to the elegancy in which cleaning cloths were specially equipped and boxed to accompany the individual jewelry pieces.

The brilliant gold platting and little diamond really lifted the necklace. I know my daughter in law is going to love it.

I have tried multiple times over the past two weeks to contact this company to purchase more beads for a necklace, but I have not received a single reply.
