Love the necklace, it’s a great gift for a first time mom.

I purchased a personalized ring for my mother in law to honor her on Mother’s Day and the ring is beautifully solid. The engraving ink is lighter than I expected but still a beautiful piece. I think she’ll really like it!

Love the necklace but it did take 2 weeks to arrive.

Love my bracelet but wish names were inked black. I had a hard time checking to see if names were spelled correctly. I’d like the charm name tags slightly bigger, this might aid in readability of the charm tags.

I’ve gotten several pieces of jewelry from Theo Grace. All beautiful and unique in their own way! The one and only time I did have an issue with one of their pieces, it was swiftly handled by their support team! I will continue to order from Theo Grace because I adore their jewelry!

Wish I’d never used this company. I ordered a bracelet, then cancelled it as I found another bracelet I’d have preferred. I cancelled within the 2 hour time frame the website states you can and would get a full refund. I received no reply and the money was taken. I emailed for a refund and told i couldn’t as it had gone to production and would have to wait for the order to be delivered then exchange it for another item. Delivery date passed and I hadn’t received it. Emailed them and I was told they cancelled it and issue store credit. Again asked for a refund and told no. I’ve been sent a code to use the credit and the code doesn’t work. Emailed them again, followed there instructions and code still doesn’t work and they still won’t refund me. Absolutely terrible. Real shame as I’ve got another bracelet from them before and it was lovely. But seems like a complete scam now.

I was emailing the support team but they have now stopped replying when I have asked for a refund and said the code isn’t working.

I appreciate finally getting a refund but it’s false to say you hadn’t received a response when you replied to my cancellation. I was told the item went to production and it couldn’t be cancelled. I only then found out it has been cancelled when the delivery date passed and the items hadn’t arrived. At no point did the customer service say they cancelled it because I hadn’t replied to an email. The email I didn’t reply to didn’t require a response. It said to get back in touch once I had received my item to say if I wanted store credit or exchange it.
The refund should have been issued at the beginning because I cancelled within the time frame, and shouldn’t have had to take so many emails and ultimately a negative review to actually get a refund in the first place.

I bought the Marlotte birthstone initial drop necklace for my daughters first Mother’s Day. She absolutely loves the quality of the necklace. It arrived early and the shipping was free.

The jewelry looked nice in the advertisement, I ordered and was very happy when the quality and accuracy was exactly 💯 what I hoped for

I made an order well over 12 months ago maybe 18 months ago. I have made a mistake and i paid for future beads on my necklace. I emailed Theo Grace and even after such a long time since ordering, they fulfilled my request.

What made my experience great was the fact that I had a concern about the delivery time of my piece. The company immediately responded and explained that it had been delivered however, I didn’t have it. They offered to send me another one and correct the spelling of my daughter’s name. I saw on a receipt that it was misspelled. This piece was a replacement piece that my daughter bought me for Mother’s Day a few years ago (I lost it in a move) and it meant everything to me. I love it! I wear it everyday. I’m so grateful that they made this process easy and were quick with their response and the new piece.

The products came exactly as I saw them on the seller's page.

The quality is top-notch and I love the finishing.

Also, the delivery was pretty fast. The entire experience was seamless.
