It is great that so many items can be personalised and ordering is so straightforward and simple (even for a 76 year old) . I hadn’t realised that the chain with this pendant was adjustable which makes it easy to wear with different outfits , I love this .i found the total experience from order to delivery to be extremely satisfying.

The customer service is out of this world I mean nothing like it on any website. I had a question and they not answered my question gave me every bit of possible information for questions.
