The worst shopping experience I have…
The worst shopping experience I have ever had!
I purchased three bags from Luxury Closet for a total of approximately AED 10,000, and this has honestly been the worst shopping experience of my life.
According to the app, my order was supposed to arrive within one day. However, six days have passed, and I still haven’t received my package.
Despite my daily follow-ups, multiple phone calls, and emails, I kept receiving the same generic responses that my order was out for delivery and would arrive soon. Not a single person could give me a clear answer about where my order actually was or when I would receive it.
I provided my phone number multiple times and repeatedly asked them to have their delivery team contact me, but nothing was resolved. Every time I contacted customer service, I had to explain the situation all over again, yet no one took responsibility for resolving the issue.
My birthday is approaching, and I specifically purchased these bags because I wanted to use them for the occasion. I paid the full amount, approximately AED 10,000, and expected a professional service in return. Instead, I’ve spent days chasing my own order with absolutely no clear answers.
As I’m writing this review, six days have passed, and I still haven’t received my order despite paying in full and making repeated attempts to resolve the issue.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a company selling luxury items. A luxury shopping experience should include reliability, transparency, and proper customer support, none of which I experienced.
I would absolutely not recommend Luxury Closet based on my experience. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, and I would think twice before ever purchasing from them again.

The service is horrible
The service is horrible. You wait days until you get a reply.
They charge way more than on your credit card than the original price. My order was 582 CAD and my credit card was charged 606 CAD. They had no explanation.
