Only 3 stars at this stage as I'm only on my second bottle. The noticeable side effects are excessive bloating and constipation which is something I have not had in a while. I'll finish the bottles, just over half way to go and things might improve.

We see that you have used our subscription service it's basically set and forget if you sign up on our subscription it gives you the option to select your own products and delivery schedule you can also login to make changes to that we would only be notified if there was any thing outside of the normal. Dear Ariel thank you for your feedback as you will appreciate we were short-supplied on one item in so we sent you a free item to replace. Although that free item was the wrong flavour I am sure that it will provide you with very much the same outcome. Have a great holiday season and we very much look forward to your next order

The product is great and the delivery quick but the packaging was poorly done. The box was nearly falling apart because it had gotten wet from the condensation on the bottles containing the chilled liquid. Also, the other plastic bottles had no label whatsoever to identify the contents.

Kefir has helped my eczema alot
I've struggled with chronic eczema for my whole life and without wanting to jinx it, I think the kefir has pretty much cured my eczema (fingers crossed!). Winter will be the real test as I've been taking it for around 6mths now but it's been a life changer. If I don't have it for a week the itchiness returns. It's like it's doing some sort of magic on the inside and stopping the inflammation at that level. Anyone that comes over I try and get them to drink some, it's magical stuff!
