Lost order, wrong items, no explanation
Unfortunately first time customer & didn't go well. My order hadn't shown 2 weeks on, I tried calling, emailing & messaging via fb with no response. Finally something wS sent with no explanation or apology & they did not send the correct items. Very disappointing 😕

No response to any emails
No response to any emails, I had to ring to ask for an update on my order, was told someone would ring me back, no-one ever did, very slow delivery finally arrived.

Coconut Water Kefir
The Coconut Water Kefir itself is wonderful. I love the taste and the good positive probiotic results.
I will continue to subscribe but this company really needs to get their shipping more efficiently managed. It's not that they don't send the orders out, and I understand there could be a 2 week delay as it is batch made fortnightly, but for the third time my order was not sent for over 3 weeks until I continually contacted the company. Please Kefir Co, concentrate on this aspect and ratings could only ever be 100% positive.

Poor customer service
My order arrived with a bottle that had leaked. Despite contacting the kefir Co, 3 days ago to complain about the damaged shipment, I have heard nothing in response - no refund or apology. The customer service is clearly lacking! I do like the kefir product and the automatic monthly delivery is convenient, but with customer service this bad, I am not sure if I will continue to buy the kefir.

This 2 star review is purely based on sub par customer service experience. The products are great but let down by terrible customer service. Takes multiple emails for them to respond if they do at all. Then get sent products at random times? Just sad as the Kefir products are great.

Great product
Great product, arrived in safe packaging. Shipping took a bit longer but it was over the busy Christmas period. Nice flavour and easily digested.

Hi Jamie. Thank you for the feedback. Your order from Nov had been delivered and December was damaged in transit so credited accordingly. It may be better to pick up from one of our many stockists in your are that hold plant of stock to avoid any freight issues. All the best for the holiday season.

2 weeks wait time
Had to wait over a week for a order before i got in touch
Then kefir arrived a week later.
2 weeks seems to be a long time from when i paid for 3 bottles.

As we manufacture weekly or biweekly for a fresh product plus delivery time it can take a little time to ship your order but if you're after a fresh approach the rest sure it will be manufactured with a number of days of the receipt. First time ordering. Was sent a short paid credit for stock not being sent without an option to wait for full order to be filled, or having the correct amount credited. I might like to still get that stock, but are now unsure.

New easy routine to have delicious Kefir
I ordered Kefir in a few flavors for my husband and I. It arrived quickly and tasted really nice. Very easy to get into a daily routine.

Love the product but the company has zero customer service. The worst company I have ever felt with, they don’t return calls or answer emails. Product takes a long time to be dispatched once ordered.

The difference with manufacturing fresh unpasteurised product is that we produce weekly we don't hold massive inventories therefore you can be assured even though there is a little wait.
