As other new reviews have said Gail the new owner is wonderful. I contacted her about an order I never received before and she responded quickly and sent my order out apologising that I had not received it, super quick and friendly customer service.
New owner Gail is amazing
New owner Gail is amazing. Previous owners struggled with communication and fulfilling orders. Anything about customer service in old reviews before Feb 2024 is now irrelevant. The product has always been great however.

Absolutely shocking they will not answer emails and phone has been disconnected. My ordered has not arrived and no one will contact me. I am getting legal advice to get my money back. It does not take much just to email a person to let them know what is going on but this company does not care. Please do not order from them you will be seeking legal advice to get your money back.
We never got the product ordered
I never received what I ordered from…
I never received what I ordered from this company. It's been more than 3 weeks since I've ordered a product and paid for it, and hasn't received anything. I sent 2 emails to the company, and got one reply after a week that they'll send what I've ordered. They haven't even replied to my 2nd email, and still waiting for the product to arrive.

I ordered my Kefir on the 11th of October, but I didn't receive it until the 20th of November. I had rung the company earlier, they said they would ring me back they didn't. I rang again to be told they no longer use this company for phone calls. I had left messages on the website and had no reply. The tracking number was invalid, and no reply to my emails. I had given up and was ready to go to the consumer about this. when it arrived. I will not order this product again online. The product is good. It's a Shame the customer service isn't good.

I paid but never got my kefir. Customer services doesn't respond. This whole thing is a scam.
Hopeless Customer Service
You customer service is so bad. As a customer we call you 1-10 times patiently for wrong delivery or not received ordered item for so long there is no proper response. Instead they just talk to us so rude. The way your people talk is no commitment to Kefir.
Delivery Delays, Absent Customer Support
I don't recommend to order from this company.
I ordered kefir from them a few times. For most of my orders, the delivery was significantly delayed and the customer support on the phone could only leave a message to the Kefir company, they were helpless.
Last time I ordered The Batch to be able to ferment myself. The order arrived ONE MONTH later, after I emailed them a couple of times and called their customer support a few times. The best-before date on the kefir bottle I received was two months old (16 Aug 2023), while the kefir arrived on the 12th of October 2023.
When I spoke to customer support the only thing they could do was to leave a message to the Kefir company.
I received wrong order
I received wrong order. My subscription/charged for Three 500ml Bottle but I received on my package just one bottle. This order is for 15 August 2023, from that day I tried to reach your team by so many phone call, left message with your team to call back but no response until today (it been 2 months now). I've send couple of email still no response. I'm really upset with your services. No one response in your team properly. Very careless people. Today I cancelled my subscription as well. I don't want to deal with you anymore. Worst customer service I faced in NZ.
The company is non-contactable
Nothing made my experience good. My experience was appalling. Its now 17 days since they apparently sent my goods and they still haven't arrived. I have emailed the company 3 times and never had a response. I phoned them and was told that someone would get back to me. No they didn't.
quick service and easy online ordering
Good kefir, but customer service needs lifting
Your kefir is really good, but your customer service needs improving. I paid for overnight delivery and after a week still hadn't received. I chased and was told I would get a call back. I didn't. I mentioned on the call that is been unable to redeem 20% off new customer voucher. I received delivery nearly another week later. I didn't receive the free gift that was advertised with the bundle. (A little shot glass to measure dose.) I called again. Was told again I would get a call back and I'm still waiting on the call.
Online Purchase
Well, number one... I love the Kefir product, I normally purchase it from Commonsense Organics but they didn't have it in stock for a while so I elected to purchase online.... It took ages to come (at least two weeks or longer) I had actually written it off that I wouldn't get it (website says overnight delivery)
If there was a delay in production or something it would have been nice to get a notification

Great product! Love the kefir batches so I can ferment myself. And it's very easy to ferment.

Delivery instructions weren’t followed and order was delivered while we were away so order went to post office for 4 days non refrigerated … not happy
Not happy with the customer service
Firstly you took so long to send my purchase, you did not respond to emails or private messages on fb.
Secondly you sent the wrong product. I ordered samples and received I full size bottle. Don't recommend as you lack communication skills.
