Great price and smooth hassle free transaction

I sent my old iphone to get some money back and thought I my account would be credited (rather than offered a voucher) this wasn't made clear to me at the time. I thought this was misleading and disappointing. I've been a customer for a few years so there you have it, three stars! Not great.

App was easy to use. Sent off iPhone and recieved back amount as stated upfront t. No messy. Account credited. Pleased with transaction

I used their services 3 times, 2 were phenomenal and 1 was not so much. The good experiences were in buying an iPad and selling an iPhone. In the one which was not as great, first a wrong colour was shipped, then the condition of the second in my view didn't match the one listed for which they offered a discount.

In general I think it's good and trustworthy. If I have a suggestion it'd be more info on the device they are selling (like battery percentage and power cycles) and factoring these in the price, as well as listing any defects like chips. Having 3 broad categories (A+, A, B) without details or photos in my view is not enough to make an informed online purchase specially for something expensive as recent iPhones. Returns are easy but comes with an admin and shipping overhead.

Ordered refurbished iPhone on 31st March and arrived 10th April. Was expecting it to come a lot quicker. Iphone looked great but kept glitching when trying to transfer all my data from my old phone. Returned as didn't have time to back up data onto pc and do it that way. Still not received my first installment refundfrom Raylo even though phone received and assessed. Just a very slow process. Ended up sticking with music magpie as they send phones so quick but thought I would try the I outlet as had great reviews. Just wasn't an efficient service for me but I may have been a one off!
Update 24/04 - Refund now received from Raylo and apology from Ioutlet after I left this review.

I wanted an iphone 13 mini as a birthday preasent and iOutlet was the choice on itrem and delivery options - thanks folks!

I bought an Apple series 6 watch for my daughter, who is Type 1 diabetic, to be able to use whilst on holiday at a waterpark so she could receive her blood glucose readings without her phone. I did this as she was understandably very worried about not having her life essential readings.
The watch lasted all of about 5 minutes or less in a splash environment whilst in water mode! Obviously the device was not up to standard as mine lasted an entire week without issue which I gave to her so she felt protected.
On getting home I called ioutlet.com customer support to be told they don’t cover water damage despite the fact the product they sold should’ve been fit to down to 50m and safe for pool and ocean swimming according to Apple.
Despite lasting less than a couple of weeks after purchase and less than 5 mins in a splash environment outlet and their 12 month warranty won’t do anything.
My advice is DO NOT buy any devices from this company if it is supposed to be water safe/resistant as if it doesn’t do what it should they won’t help.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for getting my phone to my nephew so quickly.
He was on holiday and very destroyed that he had broken his phone.
You guys managed to get a phone to him the following morning and he is extremely happy. Have a lovely weekend, thank you again and highly recommended. .

Very quick and easy process.

I ordered a playstation 5, which was meant to be delivered by signed for courier. Instead a got a photo of my parcel on the ground and a fake signature - despite contacting both the courier and iOutlet I got no response.
The next morning, my parcel was found by a neighbour outside some outbuildings on a farm at least half a mile from our house!
To date the only response I have had from iOutlet was to ask me to email a different address - no apology, no explanation. I have included my order number incase iOutlet want to respond, but I won't hold my breath
EDIT - after posting this review I did finally hear from iOutlet, who apologised and offered £25 compensation. So make sure to let them know if you are not happy
