Ordered a i phone 13 mini and although the supply had some hiccups I was able to speak to customer service, who was the same person each time. Their system of service gave me the confidence that the supply issues would be resolved ,as they were. They even offered a small refund which was not expected .
Will use them again .

Excellent phone received , have now moved all my stuff from old out of date phone to a newer one . Not brand new but works really well. Have used this company before was recommended by our son who has also used them more than once . If you need newer version of your phone and haven’t got the budget for a brand new one give their website a look.

After they saw my original 1* review, they contacted me and offered £255 which is much closer to what I was expecting. Once I started dealing with an individual, the experience was much better. They accepted my phone back and paid out the same day so a positive experience in the end.

I had my phone valued by them online. They offered £295, which was £40 more than I'd been offered in cash on the High Street. Their recommendation is that if it is valued at over £150 to send it special delivery at my own cost to make sure it is insured so I paid for that.

I then received a valuation of £150. I declined it so they offered £157. I declined so they sent my phone back recorded delivery, which only insured the device up to £150.

They rely on you thinking that as they have your phone, it's easier to accept the valuation. In fact, if you miss their email and don't respond they automatically accept it on your behalf.

I would never use them again.
