I recently had my blood work done with Lisa, and she is absolutely incredible.

To be honest, I've always had a really tough time getting my blood taken; past draws were stressful and often a struggle, leading to multiple attempts to draw my blood. Lisa totally changed that for me. She was so calm, walked me through everything, and had amazing technique.

Now, I go in and have no issues at all. She's seriously the best, and I'd recommend her to anyone who needs blood work or nursing requirements done.

Lisa and her team went above and beyond. I was incredibly anxious due to the nature of my b12 deficiency. I had been ignored by my NHS GP practice. I was seen within a few hours of calling up, with urgent need for a B12 injection. Lisa sent a letter over to my NHS GP, who have now finally agreed to speak to me regarding the severity of my B12 deficiency. Now that I had my booster with Independent Nurse, the anxiety, brain fog and feeling very unwell has immediately lifted. I cannot thank them enough for their empathy, compassion and quick turn around to get the support I needed.

I went regarding an ear problem that the GP wouldn't deal with. She was excellent; her knowledge was astounding. She provided me with options to choose from and explained the benefits of each one clearly. Couldn't praise her enough; she took the time to explain what the problem was. Only downside - you need to allow time to find a parking space.

Lisa is so professional and friendly, which makes me feel like I'm in the best hands. The clinic is easy to find, and the process was on time and seamless.

I honestly didn’t know a place like this existed, and I’m absolutely over the moon to have found it! I went in with an infected wound after cutting myself with a knife, and Lisa took such great care of me. She was professional, reassuring, and sorted everything out quickly. She even gave me a lesson on the different stages of healing. Thanks to her and her assistant, my wound is now healing well. I couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend it!
