Lisa was so helpful and reassuring- I visited 6 weeks after a c-section as my wound was not healing and had previously been infected and the GP was very little help. Lisa clearly explained how to care for the wound, explained the healing process and provided dressings and the aftercare that I felt I had been missing ☺️

I contacted the Independent Nurse as I needed medication administered by intramuscular injection. Everyone on the team was excellent! My initital contact was with Jack who was so helpful and made efforts to accomodate me at very short notice. Lisa, the nurse, was so lovely, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional...I could go on, she was absolutely brilliant!

Tydzień przed przyjściem do The Independent Nurse nie mogli mi pobrać krwi 2 dni z rzędu w prywatnej klinice w Cardiff. Miałem pokłute obie ręce. Znalazłem to miejsce niedaleko mnie i rozmawiając z Jack'iem przez telefon umówiłem się na pobranie krwi. Jack załatwił mi wszystkie badania, które potrzebowałem i dostałem bardzo dobrą cenę. Kiedy wszedłem do środka, byłem zestresowany przez niepowodzenia z pobraniem krwi. Lisa która jest pielęgniarką wkłuła się za pierwszym razem i udało jej się pobrać krew. Po omówieniu szczegółów, rozmawiałem z nią o przebytej chorobie i jak na mnie wpłynęła. Jej słowa tak podniosły mnie na duchu, że nigdy nie czułem się tak dobrze po pobraniu krwi. Cały stres ze mnie zeszedł. Lisa jest profesjonalistką oraz osobą, która sprawi, że badanie przebiegnie bezstresowo. Lisa, jesteś najlepsza i dziękuję za twoje słowa, nawet nie wiesz jak zrobiłaś mi dzień . Polecam bardzo mocno, jeżeli chcecie zrobić badania krwi na już i mieć szybko wyniki:)

I first found Lisa, The Independent Nurse, by google search last year when my NHS Drs practice refused to give me a blood test for menopause purposes. I've now used Lisa again and cannot advocate enough how vital her services are. Lisa is professional in every way, provides a fantastic service which given the state of the NHS is absolutely vital now. Blood results come through quickly too. Lisa and her team are really lovely and accommodating and I've recommended her to many people now. Thank goodness this service is available!

Lisa was very friendly and a lovely person. She was very knowledgeable and treated my wound very efficiently.

My son and we had a pleasant visit, he was only scared of the puncture. We were informed what to do and how to distract him. He got a sticker for great courage. The nurse helped with the documentation because the kit did not contain one important document, she called, printed, and packed the test for us to give it to the courier. That is why we are very happy and highly recommend The Independent Nurse Centre. If we need it, we will definitely come back to Lisa.
