Child blood test
My son and we had a pleasant visit, he was only scared of the puncture. We were informed what to do and how to distract him. He got a sticker for great courage. The nurse helped with the documentation because the kit did not contain one important document, she called, printed, and packed the test for us to give it to the courier. That is why we are very happy and highly recommend The Independent Nurse Centre. If we need it, we will definitely come back to Lisa.

Highly recommend
I needed a private blood test and was anxious as I hate having them and lots have hurt in the past, but Lisa was brilliant, very experienced, confident and reassuring and it honestly did not hurt at all, she made me feel so much at ease! I was so relieved, and even though she’s out of county for me I would not hesitate to use her again, thank you!

Very pleasant experience
I have had a few vitamin injections with the nurses. On every occasion, they have gone above and beyond. I am usually very scared of Injections but they made me feel very comfortable on every occasions and made the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend them.

Super efficient ear wax removal
Booked for ear wax removal, treated by Lisa who was brilliant. Friendly, down to earth and super practical. Was in and out in about 5 minutes. Hearing now fully restored which is bliss. Thanks for great service!

Wound care expertise
I was not sure that my surgical wound was healing properly. The nurse here quickly gave me her independent expert opinion on it and put my mind at rest. It didn't take long but was invaluable and very worthwhile.

Who knew a blood draw could bring so much joy?
Lisa was incredible. We instantly gelled, and she was so friendly, informative and supportive. I hung around to chat for an hour while my bloods were centrifuged. The whole thing was quick, painless and mood-lifting! Never expected a blood draw to bring me so much joy.
