I booked the ear health check for my 98 year old mother who is in a care home. We were all impressed with the communication and the actual procedure. My mother definitely recommends the service.

The staff at this service are all impressively efficient and caring. From first booking to the removal of my ear wax and the scans of the process sent a day or so later I couldn’t be more satisfied. The visit from Sopithaa to remove the wax at a time really convenient to me was a pleasure. Sopithaa was kind, reassuring and really speedy ! I have already recommended the service I had a week ago to friends, family and a couple of health professionals.

She was quite averse at anyone poking her ears and convinced she hears just fine - Manaisa cleared the ears and she could tell the difference (she definitely hears better now). My dad is elderly and the home visits…
My dad is elderly and the home visits for ear wax removal were perfect for him. Having lost his hearing in one ear due to wax build up, he was very happy with the extraction and having his hearing restored.
