I've been smoking hookah for a few years and choose to come here sure because y'all have more variety of options and actually carry vanilla flavored hookah(which is my favorite)

Great selection and fast shipping
Great selection, one of the few online retailers that sells certain shisha tobacco and products at good prices. The shipping is fast and quick, even considering the winter season in the upper Midwest. However, the selection and stock availability is a problem. I have to order twice as much as I would normally if a product was in stock. I might not be able to order at times due to restocking issues.

Missing item and slow resolution
I placed an order with The Hookah Lab and one of the items was missing when the package arrived. While I did reach out to customer service, the resolution process has been slower than expected and required multiple follow-ups.
Mistakes can happen, but clearer communication, faster response times, and better order checks before shipping would go a long way. I hope they improve their quality control and customer support moving forward.
