I've been smoking hookah for a few years and choose to come here sure because y'all have more variety of options and actually carry vanilla flavored hookah(which is my favorite)

It made it thru customs but did not expect to pay 200$ at the canadian post office.

Terrible I ordered a black hookah and…
Terrible I ordered a black hookah and instead they sent me a clear one I reached out and asked could I send this back so they can send me the right color the refused and offered me a $10 refund ! They asked for verification that it was the wrong color I sent a picture and they still won’t let me send it back so they can send the right color and now all in all I just want my money back and they can take the hookah back 0/10 NEVER recommend

Its not acceptable ita annoying i ordered on the 26 they deducted the money and all im getting is spam emails after
If they really want to verify the age it should be a step before purchasing this is ridiculous and annoying unbelievable

Easy to use
The hookah lab has plenty of choices when it comes to shisha flavors. I was able to find a few to try and the ordering process was super easy. It arrived by delivery before the expected date which was a bonus.
