Of all the organisations I've checked out in this space, The Freehold Collective is the most well-informed and realistic provider in the UK. Additionally, their fee structure is highly competitive, particularly when considering what is included in their scope of work.
Given the lack of progress on English leasehold reform, every leasehold flat owner should beat a path to their door!

Mike from the freehold Collective review
Mike was brought on board to assist 21 flat owners in Maidenhead to buy the freehold from the land owners
and incorporate them as share holders for our own Company, So we could run our own flats. It became apparent that Mike knew what he was saying and guided us through the whole procedure to a successful conclusion. This was not the easiest of tasks to complete having 21 members but Mike contribution made the procedure for us a lot easer and was at the end of a phone and one to one meetings through out the procedure. I would recommend Mike from the Freehold Collective for all your freehold tasks
