Bought 2 pillows last year but only just started using them a month ago. Within a few weeks they were so flat and gave me a really bad neck ache. Wouldn’t go near these!!!

They will take your money and never send your items or refund you
This is a follow up to my previous review, after never even shipping the pillows and ignoring multiple emails I finally got a response saying sorry and they will refund my money. Today I get a message from ebay saying the refund from the fluffy pillow company wasn't processed. This company is such a joke they can't even refund £23. I'm going to have to report them to the proper authorities because this is just robbery

Good quality pillows
Good quality pillows. Order took a couple of weeks (ordered at start of December) which is understandable due to Christmas and pandemic but could have done with an estimate of how long it would take, but no big issue. Will be buying more.

Flat As Pancakes
I bought four pillows from here a few months ago, the most expensive ones on the website... I used two of the four and within a month they were flat as pancakes.. I left a review on the website which was deleted and I was contacted by email stating some more would be sent out.. That was two months ago.. I can now stick the two used pillows together and they're still flatter than one of the new ones I have..
Beautiful pillows to start with, but they simply don't last.

We have never deleted a review, but there is an automatic filter that will remove reviews it believes are either false or containing offensive words, so I will look into that because we have not actively removed any.

Soft pillows not great value
I purchased the “homeless” pillows & a 10.5 tog duvet. The duvet is fine, personally I find the pillows way to soft, & for the money not great value. Delivery etc all fine.

Worst company I’ve dealt with ..
Ordered my pillows and duvet 27th November . Got confirmation of order and a reply to my first email saying that I would be updated . Since that absolutely zero communication , attempted contact on insta on both the company and Thomas Skinners account and nothing . They have my money and there is no other way of contacting them . No telephone number ( convenient ) and all comments disabled on Instagram .. this tells me only one thing . I’ll leave it to your imagination . Alan Sugar dodged a bullet not getting involved with this company .
In response to your professional response . We have checked our inbox and don’t see any from me .. to go on to say that I sent you an abusive email is a contradiction . If you would like to detail the said abuse on here for all to read I would be interested in hearing your interpretation of abuse . I pointed out that you don’t have a telephone number to contact nor can anyone reach you on insta . And when my goods hadn’t even been despatched I am rightly concerned . I also notice similar reviews regarding poor communication . So it must be just us , rather than pointing the finger at your customers for being annoyed , probably better to resolve the issues that they are annoyed about . Simple business .

Hi Damian, apologies my response was directed to another review and somehow posted to this, which has been submitted in a support ticket to Trustpilot.
We apologise for the errors with your order, as the tracking showed the order was delivered and signed for, and with the massive rise in scam attempts we have seen this year alone, we have to do due diligence and get 'missing' orders investigated. We had responded to emails, we have the thread with our communication back and forth, but we do not have a telephone number because our employees are based all over the country and so calling one would not be conducive to easy sorting because they would have to call another, and so on and so forth before getting back to you. We keep everything digital so we have a trail and can give information to both couriers and authorities like we did in this case because a package was essentially reported stolen/missing.
We don't have all comments disabled on Instagram, only comments from those we don't follow as we had a spate of rude and stupid comments left in the past whenever Tom appeared on TV, and so as is standard practice with most small companies, we have it at minimal comments so we can effectively promote our goods and services.
I don't believe this review is fair, because despite the fact we had all evidence that the package was delivered and received, we still gave you a full refund while sending information to said authorities to investigate in the meantime, but I understand the upset. In the future we will ensure to send more updates to customers, we have just been wary in the past of spamming people with non-updates, where the information is essentially just the same due to stalling from the pandemic restrictions. We will bear everything in mind moving forward.

Fluffy?
The pillows looked great out of the packaging and I couldn't wait to get them on the bed. At first they were wonderful and soft and fluffy but now six weeks later they're fairly flat and no different from the pillows we replaced.

Took two weeks for the pillows to…
Took two weeks for the pillows to arrive. After several communications, they were finally delivered from a company called love2sleep.
Pillows are okay but no better than the ones from JYSK.

2 hotel style pillows
We ordered 2 hotel style pillows. When they came they were great to sleep on, they gave just the right amount of support. But unfortunately after about 3 weeks they started to loose the shape and comfort, which leaves me shopping around for new pillows

Pillows ordered 23rd October, over 3 weeks later have no pillows and no contact to explain why. Also the website has been offline so no contact information. Not great service!
Have now received my money back and an explanation. Will give them another try at some point

I'm sorry you didn't get any responses from us, I did check our emails and there were responses sent so perhaps they went to spam? Our emails have been open since the beginning of the company, so in the future if the site is down I would recommend emailing.

Just bought some pillows and a 12.5 tog duvet. The duvet is so warm and cozy. One of the best duvets I’ve ever had. Highly recommend all of The Fluffy Pillow Company’s products.
