They are on temu now. I bought some stuff from them. The duvet cover costing £18.15 was missing from the order. They didn't help or want to know but I was extremely lucky that temu themselves refunded me. No doubt I'd have been out of pocket if it was up to house of fluff so obviously I won't be buying from them again.

Expensive delivery charge and hidden delivery protection, when these apparent did not complete order but they sent anyway.
Product appalling, so soft unusable for anything.
Absolute waste of money.
No reply to product return call

This company is a scam!!! They show photos of products which are far superior to those they ship. And the products shown are upgraded ones from those from the plain ones that are offered.Their charges are exorbitant for the quality of product! They push( trick) you into upgrades to charge those prices. Don't touch this Company!

This pillow company is a big scam. They charged my credit card without my authorization. The web site did not allow me to review my order and edit or ask options for shipment and the size. There was no submit order to push and all the sudden 8 hours later pillow showed up at my door. Never got an e mail from them. Never got a receipt of my purchase. Never able to get in contact with them. Ask vis e mail to send the pillow back. No one responded. The pillow is very very low quality. Walmart has better pillows. They just wanted credit card info. They don't answer the telephone numbers and ignore every e mails. Do not buy from them. They use Oprah name for marketing. It is not made in US and it is a pure Scam. Disbuted the charge via my CC company now and CC company put an alert on any future charges of them coming through

This company seems to be a scam. I ordered two pillows less than a month ago, one firm and one regular. They arrived in a timely matter and were packaged well and they were clean. But the firm pillow was too soft and the regular pillow was also way too soft. On their website, the company offers you a 30 day free trial with refunds. But when you go to the return page, it says that they do not except pillows that have been opened. And if you call the contact number, it refers you to an email address, to which I’ve written to twice and there is no response. I aLeo explained in an email that we cut the pillows open and just tested them with our hands and sealed them back up, but still no response. Also, they send you a follow up email after purchase to rate their pillows. But it says they do not accept reviews about their return policy or several other things which could be negative such as this review. And if you reply to that email address, it says undelivered. So basically I’m stuck with $115 of useless pillows that I could have purchased at any store for under $10. Don’t waste your money or your time.

Would give no stars if possible - absolutely nothing fluffy about these pillows - a cheap piece of foam , the most uncomfortable pillow ever - total waste of money

Bought these pillows after seeing adverts for them and watching the apprentice. My word they are bad. They come in bin liners with no labels. They were okay at best in the first instance and within 3 months they have become horrible and flat as pancakes. These are advertised as 'hotel quality' pillows...must be a brittania hotel! Avoid!

Do not buy their pillows as they are flat as pancakes and delivered in black torn bin liner. Better products at supermarkets

Ordered pillows last October which never turned up and got a refund. Reordered this June because a friend highly recommends this company, but still waiting for pillows. They don’t reply to emails so no refund this time - I’m guessing the business is in trouble. Bad experience for me so my advice would be to steer well clear.

Had a pair of Pillows for two months and they are as flat as the Netherlands, BOSH

Brought pillows in April put them on my bed in May and in July they are flat s pancakes. Definitely not bounce back more like stay flat!!! Poor quality and even poorer customer service. Emailed weeks ago not even a reply. Don’t waste your money on cheap pillows.

What gets me is they say their customer service is second to none. Is it hell.

Damaged, soiled, and unpackaged pillow arrived in the post a day late due to courier loosing parcel.
Had no luck contacting the fluffy pillow company so as a last ditch attempt I messaged the owner on social media.
Got a message back from somebody at there other company (bosh beds) and had one phone call but unfortunately had bad signal so they hung up. Not heard anything since despite calling the number back and sending multiple email.
Now I’m left £30 out of pocket with a used dirty pillow.

Ordered 4 days ago, still hasn't been dispatched, emailed the company 24 hours ago, no response 😑

Shocking pillows flatter than a pancake already the cheap ones from Asda do the same job but miles cheaper at £8 not like these ones £25
Rapid delivery ordered 1 day delivered within 48 hours by DPD but not worth the money
