Well I’ve come home from work today and my order of 1 x mattress protector, 4 x pillow protectors and super soft pillows and new king duvet and new bedding for the kids was here on time as promised 🙌 the whole family are ready to go to bed already. Ordered a mattress last week and it was due to come Tuesday, phone calls wasn’t answered. Still haven’t been contacted.. thought I’ll do some Digging and can’t find anything positive read about Bosh beds. Dodged a bullet! #NotVeryBosh

Bought a mattress directly off Tom Skinner himself after a month of using the mattress it was instantly clear how poor the quality was even though I was assured it was “top of the range”. One side of the mattress has completely caved down. When trying to contact about a replacement I was told I would have it replaced then had my messages ignored, it has now been 4 months. Poor poor poor customer service

My experience
Received faulty product seams undone, clear through packaging, little/no quality control
Next order had to chase several times & Dan spat his dummy out when questioned
Product, the pillows are useless the worse you could buy wouldn’t be market stall standards
Overall Tom is a trader & fair play to him, however evidence shows that self promotion & photos of sausage sandwiches & champagne etc are far more important that resolving all of the issues his customers have
I think the business are a nice little side line to an aspiring TV bod

Lack of communication, left me having to chase to when my order would arrive. Then after no response asked for a refund which took ages to get a response to. Once the refund was approved it "bounced" which left me chasing for the third time. Wasn't a great experience and put me off using again which is a shame.

Disappointing service. No pillows received and it took ages to receive my refund.

I ordered pillows, which subsequently were delayed. After advice that the delay was down to the courier things went quiet. I had to chase a couple more times with no real timescales put on the delivery. I eventually asked for a refund and bought pillows elsewhere. One positive I can say is that the refund was quick and no issues there. Would I order again from this company. No, communication was poor.
