Excellent pillows and an excellent service.

The service was really good however the actual product isn’t the best and I am already having to replace the pillows after 8 months.

Took a good few weeks to arrive but we were in the midst of a Pandemic.
Great pillows. Would buy again

Fluffy pillow company or Luv2sleep..... I'm unsure which I purchased from, one thing for certain, Tom needs to be concentrating as hard as possible for this company as he does bosh beds. One things for certain, things don't seem to be on the ball here as much as they are with bosh beds. Duvet taking 2 weeks to arrive and for a "Hotel quality" 10.5 tog duvet to feel wafer thin like I'd just got it from argos for £5 is a bit of a joke really. Let's see what happens from here.

Is the fluffy company the same as luv2sleep.. as your company has sent me delivery details for DPD and then DPD sent me delivery details from Luv2sleep? When you go on Luv2sleep same products but quite alot cheaper? Little confused by it.

UPDATE; Not even had them a month and one has gone flat and lost it comfyness already. Was expecting alot more from Tom's company as I absolutely adore him. Quite disappointed In the pillows.

I purchased a set of pillows back in December, which never arrived. To be fair to them they offered me a refund which I accepted, however, when it came to transferring the money that's when things started to go wrong. Any time I contacted them, I kept getting empty promises and different excuses on why they were unable to process the refund this time. It has been a good 2 months and I still haven't got my money back. Don't recommend buying, it isn't worth the money.

Great pillows and proper comfy Came quickly

Not only was the delivery delayed, the products I received were absolutely awful, so thin, empty in parts, they felt like sandpaper! I complained and they told me to bin them and they would refund, still no refund, chased it up a few times but they just say it’s a problem with PayPal, PayPal says it is not. They were onto a winner here if they had provided good quality bedding, but they have obviously seen pound signs in their eyes and literally gone with the worst products you could imagine, I wouldn’t even put it on my dogs bed!

Easy to order, prompt delivery and a very good product. Really comfortable

At first the pillows seemed great, felt like good quality and I thought I had a bargain.
After about a week the pillows were so flat they weren’t usable. Won’t buy from here again

Received the wrong items. Was informed we would receive a full refund!

Our order was placed on 26 November, after receiving the package, we raised the issue on 26 December and still waiting for a full refund.

Perfect deep filled pillows, so comfy. I would buy again

I bought two pillows and love them. They are big, fluffy pillows. Very comfortable. Delivery was prompt.

Bosh!

I ordered my pillows on Christmas day and by the 3rd of Jan still no pillows.
Sent a email, no reply. Long story short 2 emails twitter by my misses and asking for a refund via PayPal ( that's how I paid). which gave me a direct link to them and still not a single reply even after requesting a refund if not delivered with in 7 days.
Then out of the blue I get a text to say its being delivered. Over 6 yes 6 weeks!!!! and no communication from them. Not impressed.
Pillows are ok.

Placed an order on the 28th of December and have not received my order or any information since. I have also emailed twice but have had no response. Really disappointed after hearing some good past reviews.

Placed an order on the 26th December 2020 for a super king size duvet money was taken but as yet no communication from yourselves as to when delivery will be made if some one could contact me I would be most grateful have used yourselves previously and was very impressed by the quality and speed of delivery of the goods

Paid for my pillows and never received them! Not impressed! 😡

Like everyone watched The Apprentice and needed new pillows so thought give them a chance. Big mistake pillows did arrive, they were in no way shape or form what I ordered. Tried phone, email, contact form and Twitter to give them a chance to make it good. Heard nothing. I even put a review on the company website which needless to say was deleted. The pillows do not keep the shape and now live in the bin. Even donation to a charity shop would not be a good idea as they were not very nice.
