Customer service and communication poor. I received a voucher to get these products, as compensation for another purchase from a sister company. I had to ask and ask to actually receive it and it took about 4 weeks. I was then given an error code which wouldn't allow me to purchase more (actually wanted to support a small business and do rate the products) so it processed my full order as free. This was then cancelled by TFP but no further communication. I again had to chase and chase. I was then accused of trying to steal stock, when actually, despite having issues with my other order and the complete lack of communication, it was ultimately resolved and I was happy to purchase more products. After being accused of being a thief, I absolutely did not and would just order to the value of the voucher and no more. I really didn't appreciate how I was spoken to and the level of customer service I received. Was really disappointed. I should never have had to chase to receive my voucher that I was offered as compensation and I should have been respected enough as a customer to receive good customer service and had an appropriate level of communication.

We ordered down pillows but received hollow fibre pillows.
Have contacted them numerous times, tweeted and messaged on Instagram and Twitter but they do not respond at all.
Disgraceful service. Would definitely not order again. Save your money

Item not received, chased 3 times and still no product. Unable to get through to get a refund. Very disappointed and frustrated that I can't get my money back

Haven’t received my order. I’ll be doing charge back on my credit card.

Can't rate the product as it never turned up. No item received. Tried numerous times to contact them and not 1 response. Contacted DPD and they said they've not received the product from them. I would avoid them but if you are going to buy from them use a credit card so you can charge back when your item doesn't appear. Seems like there customer support is actually a recycling bin as looks like no one can contact them.

Poor quality pillows sent, tried to contact company numerous times to return the good and no response at all, not even responding to my PayPal dispute. Do not buy.....very poor product and even worse customer Service!

I ordered 4 pillows which arrived dirty over a week ago. I have sent several e mails regarding and only got one reply asking me to resend photos but as of yet no further response so obviously they are fully aware of this complaint but clearly not bother about customer satisfaction. There is no phone number to call them. I event told them I was going to write this bad review and still no response. I cannot comment on the pillows as who whats to use dirty pillows-not me.

Still yet to receive my order after 10 days of purchasing. Tried several times to contact the company, had nothing in response. Purchased items previously but won't be doing so again.

Disappointing. Bought two sets of pillows because they were 'british made'- and to be honest because of Thomas Skinner. I bought bounceback and hotel stripe. The stitching was not good quality- and both sets of pillows are 'clumpy'- as in they don't retain their shape. I bought and returned 2 xl pillows but no refund yet and no reply after 6 weeks. Would I recommend- fraid not .

Website is really easy to use, this is the third time I have placed an order. Quality pillows and duvets at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
