There was a delay sending out the duvet thanks to C19 however this was explained. The Duvet is warm and well made and I am pleased with it and felt it was great value for money... Bosh!

Where to begin..the anti snore pillow was great for a couple of months then was completely flat and didn't really work to be honest.
I've chased this company so many times and no replacement has ever been sent. Just a waste of time and money!

Update: the fluffy pillow company have replied to this. I've never had any refund. Nor have I had any email about this or reply from the last email about you sending a replacement.

Was very good excited to order from this U.K. company with all singing, all dancing reviews but found it all a bit lacklustre. Ordered 4 pillows, got confirmation giving me a delivery date. Didn’t arrive on said date so contacted the courier who said they were still awaiting the parcel from the retailer. Emailed the contact email, explaining the lack of pillows, didn’t get any response whatsoever, which is pretty poor by anyone’s standards but did get an email from the courier the following day with a delivery date and eventually got the pillows around 12 days after paying. The pillows are OK. The cotton casing feels pretty flimsy but they were very fluffy, however, two to three weeks on, they’ve lost around 50% of their fluffiness but to be fair, they’re pretty comfy. Would I rush to use them again? No. In all honesty, they’re no better or worse than a pair of pillows from Dunelm. All in all, I’m pretty underwhelmed!

I’ve tried many pillows but these are perfect for me. I bought the stripped ones. Comfortable and inexpensive

I sent a message to Tom on Saturday as I wanted to treat my mum to an early Xmas present - opted for a mattress which was delivered to my mum by Tom and Lanks on Monday by 12noon.
Great price , great quality and great service. My mum loves the mattress says it’s well comfy and is sleeping better than she has did years. What is there not to like ?? !!
You cannot go wrong. I’ll deffo be buying a few more mattresses soon.

Bought a winter duvet it was very poor quality far to thin and had stitching missing down most of the long side my original summer duvet was thicker now can't contact them to return it!! Very very disappointed!!!!

I am so pleased with the two Luxury Hotel pillows that I ordered from The Fluffy Pillows Company. After spending years of wasting money on pillows from a range of places I was nervous about what the quality would be like. I am happy to say that when they arrived they were of an excellent quality and both myself and my boyfriend had a fantastic nights sleep. I cannot recommend these enough!

Delivery from DPD was perfect! I unfortunately have 2 problems that are quite significant.

1) It took 3 days to dispatch the products which is behind other retailers and not great.
2) The quality of the products - The Hotel Satin Pillows are simply cheap pillows "striped" with the style of Hotel Satin Pillows and cheap lumpy filling - there's no luxury about them.

Also the duvet feels cheap and lumpy with the filling not evenly distributed.

Products are really cheap in both quality and feel.

I am going to be pragmatic and remove my appreciation of Tom Skinner from my review, reviewing the product instead. I purchased the 'Ultimate Bounce-back Pillows' and was left disappointed. Off the bat I must say that out of the packet, and for the first night they were fantastic, lots of spring and very comfortable. 2 nights in, they were less than half the size and after a week of use they are now as flat as my old pillows I've had for almost a year. There isn't a bounce back in the pillows as claimed, and they certainly are not anything 'ultimate', quite the contrary in fact. They are now flat and lumpy, and very uncomfortable as a result, thus, they have been replaced.

Delivery was swift. Ordered on Saturday morning, shipping Monday and delivered Tuesday.

I am really pleased with the Egyptian cotton pillows and duvet bought. I will be ordering some more pillows. I would have given five stars but had a long wait for delivery due to issues they are having with their courier.

Great pillows, straight forward purchase and delivery.

They're super comfy, we've had for several weeks and so far they haven't lost their shape at all unlike our Swedish big-brand pillows. We ordered the luxury hotel quality satin stripe pillows, can see what all the fuss is about.

If you're looking for quality pillows at a good price, I'd recommend.

Also, if you're seeing the 1 star reviews because delivery has taken longer, I think they're unfair and should be ignored. During these hard times I think people should be a little more considerate and think before they rate a business because postage has been slow. The product themselves are quality, would recommend again.

What an absolute farce of a ‘business’. Still haven’t received the items I’ve paid for…and they blame everything on DPD. Now they are accusing me of stealing my own pillows and threatening to contact police. I liked Thomas on the apprentice but unfortunately it’s very clear he runs this business like a dodgy market stall - all talk and no trousers. Steer clear and deal with a reputable business.

Still not received items I’ve paid for waiting 2 weeks. Getting fobbed off with different messages blaming DPD. I’ve spoke with DPD they haven’t received the parcel. Now my parcel order with dpd has been withdrawn. I’m getting emails asking to review a product I haven’t had. Try going on the website to chase my order with my order number and it’s coming up with an error. Now they are redoing their website. They have taken my money and not delivered my item.

The review was from your own website. I have had zero communication or email saying you was shutting down for Christmas. And I still haven’t received a refund in my account. Customer service isn’t great. Always an excuse instead of taking responsibility, accept a criticism and improve to make it better for the customer.

Everything stated is a fact. I have now after 3 days received my refund into my bank. But the rest of the said service is the same.

Great customer service, really personal & quick responses to a mistake that I made during online ordering. I ordered the bounce back pillows as I have arthritis in my neck, I needed something soft but supportive & these pillows are ideal. I’m so pleased and highly recommend this company. Absolutely over the moon with my new pillows. Fantastic quality and a good price. The most comfortable pillows I've ever bought. Fast delivery too. Will definitely be buying from the Fluffy Pillow Company again.
