Waste of money
I bought the belly fat, loose belly skin and cellulite bundle ..it made no difference at all. When I emailed the company the reply I got back was laughable.." the creams on themselves don't work..u have to do exercise, reduce what you eat and drink more water". I exercise 3times a day, drink 3 to 4 litres of water on a daily basis and my overall diet is healthy. Ladies, save yourself some money.. and dont waste it on these dream creams that give you false promises. Also, if you want your refund because they dont work, you apparently have to take photos..but I am guessing even taking photos wont guarantee your money back as the company will no doubt see some form of improvement.

I prodotti ordinati non sono mai arrivati. Al momento dell'ordine si riceve un'e-mail di conferma nella quale viene riportata la seguente dicitura "seguirà una notifica da parte del corriere per la consegna" ma non arriverà mai nessuna conferma di presa in carico da parte del corriere. Altro aspetto molto strano è che dal sito internet "TheConfidenceShop" non si possa accedere ad un account personale per poter tracciare l'ordine/annullare l'ordine/visualizzare l'ordine. Pura truffa.

This company is a scam!!! Do not believe the false reviews on their website. There product does absolutely nothing at all and when you try and take advantage of the money back guarantee they just fob you off. I had 2 replies from them then nothing. I have now reported them to my credit card who are now dealing with them as a fraudulent payment. For your own good stay as far away from this company as possible it's a total scam.

Das Produkt hat wie erwartet nichts gebracht.
Ich versuche vergeblich seit 2 Monaten das Unternehmen zu erreichen, um von der 60-Tage-Geldzurückgarantie Gebrauch zu machen.
Einmal habe ich zwar eine Antwort erhalten, allerdings wurde da nicht auf mein Anliegen eingegangen, sondern auf die Lieferung, die ich gar nicht beanstandet hatte.
Wenn ich mir die Bewertungen hier so ansehe, wundert mich das aber auch leider nicht.

Réactions au crèmes, des plaques rouges sur le corps
Après avoir essayé la crème je n' ai pu que constater avec beaucoup d'étonnement et de déception que je commencer a avoir des plaques rouges sur les zones où j' ai mis les différentes crèmes, ça me déménageait a longueur de journée. J' ai donc envoyé un email pour leurs informer des réactions et leurs ai demandé de retourner les produits mais la réponse était complètement a côté, rien a voir avec ma demande, j' ai donc demander un remboursement si le retour n'était pas possible car cela me semble normal aux vu des plaques que j' ai eu mais depuis aucune réponse ni même un remboursement. A fuir, ils sont irrespectueux, n' ont aucune compréhension. Ne commandez surtout pas chez eux c'est clairement de l'arnaque, les produits dans leurs crème ne sont absolument pas bon pour la peau, j' ai scanné sur Yuka c'est effrayant rien n' est bon tout est cancérigène, irritant une horreur.

Schlechter Service und es hilft nicht
Ich hatte bestellt, nach einer halben Stunde widerrufen, da ich die schlechten Bewertungen gelesen habe. Antworten kamen nie, obwohl ich mehrfach geschrieben hatte. Es ist per PayPal gezahlt worden, deshalb habe ich es darüber informiert. Nachdem PayPal sich gekümmert hat, habe ich plötzlich die Sendung, die ich nicht mehr haben wollte, nach ca. 3-4 Wochen erhalten. Die Sachen stanken entsätzlich. Ich muss die Fläschchen irgendwie aufbrauchen, Antworten tut die Firma ja nicht. Für PayPal ist die Angelegenheit erledigt. Die Haut wird angenehm weich dadurch, das ist aber auch alles. Weder die Beine noch die Arme haben sich verändert.
Komischerweise bekomme ich seither ständig Werbemails, obwohl ich mehrfach das angebliche Abo ausgeschaltet habe. Diese Firma kann ich nicht empfehlen.
Kundenservice sehr schlecht
Produkte unzureichend
Die Haut ist zwar weich geworden, jedoch an den Problemzonen hat sich nichts verändert, obwohl ich die Produkte seit 3 Monaten nehme.
Fazit: Es hilft nicht und dafür, dass es nicht hilft, ist es enorm überteuert.

È un peccato avrei voluto provare questi prodotti ma non sono mai arrivati. La prima volta in casa c'era mia suocera e nel dubbio che fosse una truffa (avendo io chiesto il contrassegno viste le recensioni negative) ha cercato di contattarmi ma il corriere non ha atteso ed è andato via e mai più tornato. Non è dato sapere quando passano per organizzarsi. Ho tentato un secondo ordine sempre in contrassegno non hanno neanche fatto il tentativo di consegna. Per mia esperienza penso che non ci sia un ufficio logistico che gestisca le spedizioni e se proprio volete tentare la fortuna fate ordini in contrassegno almeno non c'è la bega di dover chiedere eun rimborso semmai lo effettuano.

Hallo zusammen habe am 6.6.25 ein produkt bestellt und sofort eine Bestätigung Mail erhalten!
Leider wars das dann aber auch, habe seitdem 5 Emails versendet und auf keine der Mails eine Antwort bekommen und die Ware ist bis jz auch nicht angekommen habe weder eine Rechnung noch eine Versand Bestätigung erhalten!!!
