Ho fatto un ordine perché avevo perso circa 7kg,ho 40 anni la pelle non é più molto elastica, adoro poter scegliere i prodotti più 'giusti' per la mia situazione,l idratante sempre,poi rassodante,anticellulite ,quella per le smagliature poi ho preso quella per il grasso, e funzionano,unico mio problema é la costanza,ma anche sé capitava il giorno che non usavo i risultati ci sono,ora faró un altro ordine e faró una foto prima e dopo, provatele, quella per la cellulite,la senti agire propio sui punti più critici,sono davvero creme buone e sopratutto per niente grasse,si assorbono bene!! 60 Tage Geld zurück Garantie
Bestellung kam an. Nach ein paar Wochen der Anwendung wollte ich die Creme zurück senden da sie keinerlei Wirkung hat. Die Firma verspricht dem Kunden eine 60 Tage Geld zurück Garantie, von dieser wollte ich Gebrauch machen und die Cremes zurückschicken.Der Kundenservice bot mir daraufhin eine andere Creme an, die ich verneinte. Seitdem bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Auf mehrmalige E-Mails, wohin ich die Creme zurückdsenden soll. Ganz schlechter Kundenservice. Creme total überteuert und hat keine Wirkung.

They sent me a wrong order, and I’ve sent over 5 mails to them to get it exchanged or a refund at least but I’ve not gotten any response for almost a week now.
I’m convinced it’s a scam brand with a very bad customer service.
Don’t buy from them, I wasted almost £80 for products I do not need

Dopo la recensione che ho fatto la scorsa volta, uguale a quella di tanti che, avendo pagato in anticipo non hanno ricevuto nulla, ho scritto anche una mail. Dopo 2 gg è arrivata una risposta con un link che non funzionava per il tracciamento del pacco. Riscrivo e, miracolosamente, ricevo link e dopo 3 gg la merce con corriere brt al quale è stato segnalato "consegna tassativa entro.." Mi è sembrato corretto aggiornare la mia recensione, i prodotti sono arrivati, ma non cambio opinione sulla gestione di questa ditta.

Disappointing experience – unclear refund policy and privacy concerns
I purchased two skincare products from The Confidence Shop and was unfortunately disappointed with the results. While the products smelled nice and had a pleasant texture, they showed no visible effect, even after consistent use for over six weeks.
I tried to make use of their advertised "60-day money-back guarantee" – which was presented as unconditional and simple. However, once I contacted customer service, I was asked to submit daily photos or videos of my body to prove product use and lack of results. This requirement was never mentioned during the purchase or in the guarantee wording, nor is it found in their Terms & Conditions.
Requesting photos of my body (including sensitive areas) for a refund is not only disproportionate but also raises serious data protection concerns. According to GDPR, such images are considered sensitive personal data and should not be required without proper legal basis, transparency, or consent.
Despite multiple polite and well-substantiated emails, the company has refused to process my refund unless I provide this kind of documentation.
Buyers should be aware that the refund process may not be as straightforward as advertised, and I strongly urge the company to revise their policy in line with data protection laws and honest marketing practices.

This is my second order for stretch marks and cellulite and is really working… but no update on the delivery, opted for next day delivery on my first order but took days to deliver and customer service was a bit rude when I tried to find out about my delivery… but the product works for me.

Price has jumped up £10 and delivery can be slow. That said the customer service is excellent and they're always willing to swap on offers if there's a cream you don't really want.
The hydration cream is the best I've ever used so I continue to buy from here regardless I just make sure I order in good time.
