This is definitely a scam company. I ordered a cream, it did not work at all so I followed the 60 days money back guarantee from the official website but I was sent really unprofessional, rude emails and I was refused the money back guarantee even though I followed the process from the website. I contacted my bank who debited the funds to me and they will be in touch with the company to gain the funds from this scam. Products didn’t work and very rude, aggressive and unhelpful staff. Stay away from this company! They don’t offer a money back guarantee so this is a big lie.

Arrived in 5 days ! Great experience
I am pleased to say I placed my order on 23rd May it was delivered just now on 28th May with a bank holiday weekend in between.
When I placed the order and told my daughter she sent the trust pilot link to me I tried to cancel the payment but it was too late.
I received 3 emails from the company updating me of the order’s progress including it arriving with Evri
What ever issues they had I think have been sorted
The products are packaged well. I can’t wait to get started
I would have given 5 stars if one of the boxes hadn’t been damaged the product inside is perfect though
I will definitely buy again when I see the results

Worst company ever
If I could give -10 I would. This is the worst company in the world.
I ordered 25.03.2025. FROM CROATIA (order number 250324001451) and paid with my credit card and then I had to pay one more time when the package arrived.
I asked for a money prefund but never got it, nor the answer nor refund....

Scettica ma alla fine è andato tutto bene..
Ero un po’ scettica vedendo le tante recensioni negative, di pacchi mai arrivati.. Però ho deciso comunque di acquistare un set e pagarlo alla consegna.
L’unica cosa che mi viene da suggerire è di gestire meglio la questione spedizioni, perché non mi è stato mandata nessuna mail/chiamata con il tracking per capire a che punto fosse il mio pacco, se non un messaggio da parte del corriere che non mi ha trovata in casa ed è dovuto ripassare, rimandando così la consegna di due giorni. Quindi consegnato il pacco più tardi del previsto. Oltre al fattore consegna, inizio da oggi a provare i prodotti e farò una nuova recensione tra un mese dopo averli testati. Sono fiduciosa

Volevo solo smentire tutte le recensioni negative... la mia esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente, l'ordine è arrivato come previsto, anche con contrassegno come concordato ed è arrivato tutto lo stesso, l'unica cosa che ci vogliono 3/4 giorni in più del previsto, ma arrivano.
Ho provato subito le creme e almeno l'effetto caldo l'ho visto subito, fino adesso 5stelle su 5, vediamo con il tempo come va, ma sono fiduciosa perché si vede che i prodotti meritano.
Spero essere stata di aiuto ad altri...

I placed the order no 250504142822 and I wasn't receivd any notification regarding the status of the order, I tried calling the numbers provided by the site but no one answered.
Update:
I received the order a few days ago, There was a delay of a few days, But in the end things were resolved. The products are of good quality, I have been using them for some time and the results are visible, if they are applied constantly.

Confermo . Dopo quasi due mesi il pacco qualche giorno fa è stato consegnato presso il punto richiesto. Io non sono a casa e voi mi avete mandato un tracciato in cui risultava che il pacco fosse stato consegnato alla spezia e io sono di Milano . Detto questo assumete personale o fate qualcosa perché anche se i prodotti fossero validi (cosa che testero') difficilmente uno ha voglia di aspettare due mesi per ricevere una crema .

slow delivery, amazing products!
I ordered the tight and slim set and started using the anti cellulite cream. I have used it for 2 weeks with a suction cup and i already see results, it's amazing! The products smell very nice, you can smell the oils in them. The delivery was a little longer than i expected, but all is good.
I use the booster 9 for excess fat when i workout and i can feel how it's working - turns the skin a bit red, but doesn't hurt.

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen Produkte bestellt. Dabei habe ich meine Bankdaten und persönlichen Daten angegeben – die Bestellung scheint auch eingegangen zu sein.
Aber bis heute habe ich keine Bestellbestätigung per E-Mail erhalten.
Ich habe mehrmals versucht, euch telefonisch zu erreichen – ohne Erfolg. Auch auf Instagram und Facebook kommt keine Reaktion.
Für mich ist das alles andere als vertrauenswürdig. Diese Seite wirkt auf mich definitiv nicht seriös
