I ordered a vest and it took weeks to arrive. It arrived too late and I am still emailing them for the last 10 days to return the item. Never would I recommend this company. Never ever!

**Update - Customer service has contacted me and has asked if I want a replacement or refund - I have asked for a refund. Will update with a conclusion.

Here is the email I sent to the company - it explains everything. I am awaiting a response and will update if I'm able.

"I placed an order on 12/26 and received the items on 1/17. I was anxiously awaiting the shipment.
Within ONE hour of playing with the durable duck and the lobster, BOTH were ripped open by my 28 lb dog. There is stuffing everywhere. A lobster eye rolls across the floor.
Additionally, the mechanical piece to the lobster does not work. I have charged it with the included charger and it will wiggle once or twice, but that's it.

The cat steam brush works well and we are trying out the magic hair catchers today, but I am, overall, beyond disappointed.

It is outrageous to pay this much for dog toys that are advertised as durable and have them immediately fall apart. They did not even outlast Amazon toys that were less than 1/4 the cost and delivered the same day.

I am also annoyed by the storefront that implies that you are just a bunch of folks working in the US, when everything comes directly from China.
It feels dishonest. Why try to hide this? Just write on the shipping policy page that you have a trusted manufacturer in China instead of only listing USPS as your "primary shipping carrier". That doesn't even make sense.

As a consumer, when you put in the tracking number and see that it is coming from abroad, it feels like you have been lied to. Disclosing that the shipment will be coming from China would feel more honest and also help manage expectations of shipping time.

Anyway, I'm not happy. How can we make this right? "

I ordered two “Invincible” toys for my dogs. They took forever to arrive (they were obviously shipped from overseas), and they were destroyed in 20 minutes. Stuffing out and squeakers done. I contacted the company and after a lot of back-and-forth they said they don’t offer refunds (despite their 100-day money back guarantee) and they offered me a 30% discount. Like I want to buy more worthless foreign junk? Now I’m out $50.

I bought the CALMING DURABLE DUCK for my 11 mth.
old JackRussell/Chihuahua .Within 5 minutes he had the stuffing out .I took it off him and contacted CALMPET with a photo. Their response was to offer me
30% off a future purchase .The description of this toy gives the impression that it is superior to cheaper dog toys .Not True. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

NO STARS. I purchased a rucksack for my small dog (size medium) but had a terrible experience overall. The item took a very long time to arrive, and while the company sent several emails apologising for the delay, it meant I couldn’t use the rucksack for its intended purpose—a travel expedition.

When the rucksack finally arrived, I no longer needed it. I still tried it with my dog, but it was completely unsuitable. The design felt unstable, and it didn’t seem comfortable for her at all.

To make matters worse, the company’s returns policy is deeply disappointing. You have to email them and wait for a reply—no straightforward process or portal. During the busy Christmas season, I had to send several emails just to get a response. When I finally heard back, I was shocked by their return options:

40% Refund And Keep The Product – You get a 40% refund with no need to return the item.
100% Refund – You can ship the item back to their warehouse, but you must cover the return shipping costs, which they estimate to be around $20-$30.
Given how late the product was, I found it unacceptable to have to pay for the return shipping. This would not have been as frustrating if the product had arrived on time, but even then, the policy is not consumer-friendly—the return cost is almost as much as the product itself!
I’ve asked the company to cover the return shipping costs.n costs, but they’ve refused. I’m highly disappointed and would never purchase from this company again. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice.

Avoid this company at all costs. A total scam! I ordered a size Medium coat for my dog. It has taken weeks to arrive and is so tiny - it wouldn’t even fit a chihuahua. Not cheap either. Appalling customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Despite the claim that they have a 100 Day Satisfaction Guarantee AND claims that they are built to last and can withstand “rough play and chewing”, the “Calming DURABLE Duck” lasted all of one day before my dog ripped it and pulled the stuffing out. When I contacted them, and included a picture, I was told they don’t offer money back guarantees and are happy to offer a 30% on my next purchase. Thanks but no thanks. I will not be purchasing from them again. Don’t be mislead by the 4,303 5-star reviews. I wouldn’t be surprised if they withheld their low ratings.

In November 2024 I ordered what I thought was a Premium-level (wood bottom) car seat cover. I received a Standard-level (soft canvas) car seat cover. When I called to ask about returning the Standard product for an upgrade to the Premium product, I was told to keep the Standard product, and that I would be emailed an order confirmation form for making the $124.99 - $64.99 = $60.00 upgrade payment, which I did; and my bank account was debited $60.00 from this retailer 3 days later. I have never received the product, nor had ANY luck contacting their Customer Service Dept by telephone (5 attempts) or filling in their online "Contact Us for Help" form (4 attempts). Now calling the business phone isn't even answered by a machine.

Do not order from this company- it’s a scam! They bombard you with emails to say that your order is on the way then nothing! I’m going to open a claim through my bank to get a refund .
Save yourself a lot of bother and give them a miss.

I ordered a dog coat the proper size. They sent the wrong size. The website states 100% refund and USA company. I asked to exchange and they would not. They told me I can pay $30 to return to China. OR I can keep the wrong size and they will credit me 40%

I ordered 3 dog toys from this company. Their site stated that they would withstand rough play and biting for extended use making it perfect for chewers. My 6 month old puppy chewed a hole in the Calming Duck’s beak within 5 minutes and completely destroyed the elephant in less than 20 minutes. I contacted the company with pictures. I will say customer service responded within 24 hours BUT said nothing they could do, that their return policy clearly states not responsible for damage after customer receives the item and offered 30% discount on another purchase. After spending $90 on 3 toys that I expected to last longer than 25 minutes why would I purchase again?? I wasn’t expecting a refund from the company but would’ve been nice for them to at least offer replacements free of charge. Don’t buy from this company as they don’t stand behind their products and the products are crap. Stuffed Kong toys purchased from Costco in a bundle last longer!!!!

I should have known better when I received the shipping info directly from a shipping company in China.

Avoid this scammy drop-shipper.
