The calming bed I purchased for my cat at a cost of $60 had a horrible smell. My cat won't go near the bed. She walks way around it to avoid being close to the bed. Customer service wrote back & forth with me promising me an exchange, but it never happened. I wanted the LED light water fountain (same price) as an exchange, but they say it is not in their catalog but I just checked online and it is! TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they are a rip off company out of China.

Extremely disappointing... my 10 month old terrier puppy ripped open the leg of the toy 10 min after receiving it. How it is possible that this toy is advertised on the website as "... durable, chew-resistant materials" is incomprehensible ... ... and this for the price of £37,29

Absolute sham. I waited almost a month to receive my items and once we finally received them not one thing lasted more than 5 minutes and my dogs are not that destructive. The product is instant garbage and the toys are so much smaller then they seem, aside from the duck. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is a scam company. I would give zero stars if I could. Order did not arrive despite multiple emails telling me order is on the way. Customer service did not respond to email asking where order was. In the end I got refund by raising a dispute through my credit card company.

These indestructible dog toys didn’t last one day. Our four month and two month puppies chewed them down to a nub in a couple of days. They arrived without any shipping info so can’t return. Total waste of money

Ordered calm duck for my Golden. Took almost 3 weeks to arrive. My dog ripped it open in 5 minutes despite their website claims that their toys stand up to rough play and chewing. I have called and emailed for a refund but they insist on sending another one. I told them that I just want a refund which their website claims is good for 100 days. I only needed 1 day. I expect it will be several more weeks of waiting for a replacement before I can again ask for a refund. I think it’s best to assume I’ve thrown away $50 and several hours of my life emailing and leaving voicemails as they never answer their “customer service” line. Given the shipping time and lack of live customer interaction I assume this is some Chinese company ripping off customers with the substandard product and service.

If only I had read these reviews before being duped by spurious marketing messages and misleading promises of product quality and customer protection. The ToughBear 2.0 product is quite frankly useless and didn’t last 5 minutes with my 6 month old puppy, despite it being allegedly created for “heavy chewers”. There is no prospect of a refund at all, despite repeated requests, and no point in getting a replacement that will inevitably suffer the same rapid demise. They even managed to claim non-receipt of images I had sent to them on 2 separate occasions. Stay clear of this company and its products.

Toys for heavy chewers arrived after 2 weeks. Lasted 10 minutes. Cheap Chinese rubbish rebranded and sold expensive, with empty promises. When I wanted my money back, they dug in their heals. A total joke, stay well clear!!! It‘s a rip-off at the very best, but in reality probably a total scam!

These toys are crap! I wish I had seen these reviews before buying! It took 13 business days to receive the toys. My 35 lb dog has already torn multiple holes in the toy. It took her only 2 hours to destroy it.
And customer service is non existent. I called multiple times leaving a message to call me back and of course they didn't.

These cheap products get drop shipped from China, so they never arrive in the normal 5ish business day timeframe, and they are horribly made. Then they make you return, when it doesn’t arrive on time or when you realize it’s a piece of junk, to China, at your cost. They offered me a 40% refund if I keep the product, or return at my own cost (to China) for a full refund. Amazingly, the refund amount is almost identical to what the net would be to ship it to China. This is their business model. They are doing it on purpose because we have no recourse. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

My dog loves both the duck and the bed I bought from them. Received my order in under a week, and both are holding up really well. I bought a similar duck from a facebook ad from a different store, and it was torn up within minutes. I will order from them again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! They ship everything from China and if you recognize their items as junk and try to return it you have you pay for the shipping back to China instead of their headquarters in the US. To ship my $50 item back international shipping is $70. Clearly they get stuff drop shipped and then make it super expensive to send back so you just keep the item and they keep the revenue.

Worst thing I have ever bought. I could have gotten the same or better quality at a dollar tree or dollar general. Lasted less than 5 Minutes with my dog who is not a super chewer

What a waste of almost $60 for 2 pieces of junk.

They misrepresent their business. Your order is drop shipped from China and you'll be lucky if you get it. Ordered item on May 28th, kept getting auto emails about a shipping delay and how they were sorry and it was still on its way. When I finally responded they assured me my order wasn't lost and should arrive by end of day on 6/11. Followed up on the 12th stating it hadn't arrived and they never even answered.

I don't believe my order will ever come and I wish I had ordered from Amazon instead. Thought I was supporting a US based small business when I really was not.

I placed an order on June 8 and got an email that it was shipping out. The tracking number for the USPS shows no action on it so it has not even been mailed. I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. I will be calling my credit card company. This angers me.

This company is not trustworthy. They make it impossible to return products--beware, their warehouse is in China, even though this is not noted anywhere on the website--they boast that they are headquartered in the USA. They lied to my credit card company regarding my dispute over the charge. This is all ON TOP of a cheaply made bed that sheds everywhere. Stay far, far, far away.

Absolutely awful, cheap product that lasted less than 15 minutes. The thinest cheapest thread which has been used to sew up material. The product is not fit for purpose, I understand it's not completely indestructible but 15 minutes for a nearly £40 toy is a disgrace. Shameful customer service!

I would give it a zero. Do not buy from this company. Chinese scam junk. The product was the wrong size. They only give a 40% refund or ship original back at a $20-30 shipping fee.
