YIKES! What a crap-company. I bought a back seat cover for my dog which specifically stated, 'HARD-BOTTOM.'

First of all, the product wasn't delivered for over 6 weeks. Why??? It came from CHINA! No mention in the ad that it would take six weeks.

I wasted my time with 14-calls and they never returned one call. They emailed me to be patient and the product was on the way.

When it finally arrived, IT WASN'T HARD-BOTTOM at all like they promised in the ad. It was a soft-bottom, which WON'T stand up to a 90-pound retreiver. Then they had the nerve to say that the 'HARD COVER' WAS THE DELUX edition, and would cost extra.

YIKES!. I'll never deal with this RIP-OFF COMPANY again. Mark

I order 3 items. It took almost 3 weeks for the products.

I had ordered two - tough bear 2.0 for heavy chewers.
Gave to my dog at 10:30am, she loved it. She loves to remove squeakers from stuffies. I though she wouldn't get this one, it's advertised for heavy chewers. So I spent the money on this little bear. By 8:20pm she had the leg tore open. By 9:15pm the squeaker was found and the bear was of no interest anymore and destroyed. The second bear had tears in the seams of the leg and arm within an hour of giving to our puppy.

NOW I am trying to receive a refund and NO response.
The telephone number on the website sends you to a voicemail. And I have sent 3 emails and NO response.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the customer service.

ALERT!! DO NOT BUY from this joke of a company. They are fraudulent and do not care about your pet. They sell products of cheap quality with false claims about durability leading to potential health concerns for your beloved animal. Their "tough bear" for example, is anything but tough, have bought items for half the cost that last 5 times longer. Website says some of its toys are for aggressive chewers but that is 100% not the case. My dog ate some it within 10 minutes of receiving.

Only after 10 minutes my dog chewed several holes in the product. It is not durable.

The shipping takes forever and the product is over priced for the quality and the toy didnt last a day the was the black bear that is supposed to be super tough 01/06/26

False advertising!!! I cancelled my $90. Order right after purchasing because I only read the reviews after (my bad). Someone emailed me stating they would give me a discount if I kept the order. I declined, and was offered a bigger discount. So then I accepted. Ended up paying about $70. And knowing I was going to ask for replacements before 100 days. Not only did it take awhile to get here, they are not based in U.S.A. I opened the pkg and knew they would not last. Handed them to my dogs and not 30mins in the bear and the wolf are done. I emailed for replacements for all 3 knowing obviously the duck would soon fallow. This is absolutely false advertising, and I feel like an idiot, I feel like I got tricked.

Despite claiming that their dog toys withstand even the toughest chewers, the tough bear 2.0 lasted less than 10 minutes with our dog.

I would also give these guys a ZERO if I could. We chose this as an option over a big box store and the products are still not here after several weeks. I receive daily emails telling me that they are “almost there” and are being “transferred to the next facility”. Complete scam and there will be a large article published nationally in next month detailing the experience. Awful.

This place is a scam. I never received my order, and now it looks like they are trying to game TrustPilot by posting a lot of 5-star reviews. I’m still receiving almost daily emails telling me that my order is “almost there”, and this is after I cancelled the order a month after it never arrived.

Unreal. Don’t buy from them. They state 100-day money back guarantee. But, after my dog tore through the toys in less than an hour (the toys claimed to be for tough chewers), they wouldn’t refund. They offered store credit. Hoping the bed I ordered instead will be better use of my money. Terrible. Will never again!

Giving this company and the product a one star is generous. From the beginning to the end, it was one big frustration. I ordered their indestructible stuffed dog as a birthday gift for a guide dog for the blind. Guide Dogs have very strict regulations on what they can have to play with. Not only did it not in arrive in time for the party, I was promised that I would be sent another one and that never arrived either. Finally, one arrived, and after taking the tags off of it to give to the dog, within a half an hour, it was destroyed. Remember this isn’t a vicious dog. It is a very gentle guide dog. Do not order from this company they make you believe it is from the United States that it is actually from China.

This is company is NOT US-based. Their website leads you to believe that it is. The refund policy does not mention that if you return something, you will be returning it to China. When you try to return something, they offer you a 40% refund or you pay for the postage to China yourself. The products are not well paid. Don't waste your time and money.

I would give this zero if I could… Total rip off. The product is completely misrepresented and the quality is terrible. No one will answer my emails about a refund.

I ordered a dog harness on 11/4 and have yet to receive it. No one answers their phone and they do not return messages left. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and feel they are fraudulent. I will be reporting them as a fraudulent company doing business in the U.S.

Warning!! This company is a scam!! if I knew I was purchasing $112 dog bed from China. I would’ve never bought it. I tried canceling my order the same day I purchased the bed(within 4hours) they would not cancel saying item shipped and I had to wait till item arrived, and as soon as the bed arrived they would not refund me the money as the shipping fee fees to return it would cost more than the dog bed itself (back to China)
finally after being defeated by them, I did get 40% of my refund back…but I never wanted to item to begin with! I opened the package and the dog bed was tiny and poor quality…nowhere near a $112 I spent!! This is a scam company.!!

Let’s start with the delivery, ordered the 9th, just received on the 21st. You’re based in Illinois? Why so long? Looked for stuffed toys for aggressive chewers, ordered 4 toys. 1st toy, ears chewed off within 5 minutes, 2nd toy, took her around 10 minutes to tear apart. Other 2 toys, she goes back and forth on, but she has removed an ear on both. I spent over $100 for her to destroy in less than 30 minutes!

I paid £70 for a dog bed which I have never seen anything such poor quality! My emails are now being ignored! Do not use this company. Shocking!

I feel incredibly misled, this company advertises being all American and yet here I am a week later waiting for one of their best sellers to ship directly from China! I decided to splurge on my 17 yr old cat and buy him an expensive bed and blanket just to find out it’s coming from a country known for manufacturing with lead and other harmful chemicals. I feel dooped into buying non American. How did I fall for this scam??

"Tough" bear toy was chewed up by ten month old puppy within half an hour. One ear was off and the trim was shredded. Emailed company on 9 September, who said they would replace the toy - no replacement received. Very expensive for cheap toys that are not at all tough and they come from China so delivery times are long. Would not recommend.

Do not waste your money! Misleading by saying headquartered in the USA first of all, because the shipping takes forever due to it coming from CHINA! I got the three toy bundle ($$&) and my dog tore up the first toy on day one within hours, the second toy lasted two days and the third toy which was the sturdiest of all lasted four days. I did get a refund which was the only good thing I can say about this experience.
