Never received my order. Initial communication then silent. Should be reported to better business bureau as scam.

The product is a complete joke. My POODLE who is a mild chewer destroyed the toy in less than two minutes. To ad insult , the “ replacement “ toy was a .30 cent ball that I wouldn’t even let him play with because it’s a choking hazard. This toy company is a complete joke. Alan Jones

Finally received a cat bed that I can only describe as cheap, inferior quality, from a misleading Chinese company. Deceiving customers into thinking they are buying from a USA company. Not so! Expensive for the cheap material and shabby construction. I am both angry and disappointed. This was for my cat that needs special care (wobbly syndrome). It won’t even last a week without falling apart.

Total rip off .... Wish I had read this before I purchased. The phone numbers aren't answered or are disconnected. They have a chat feature that only asks for an email address. The items are cheap, small, and pretty much worthless. My intention was to return them as soon as they arrived based on the slow shipping and fake tracking info. Return address was in China. A return shipping label was not provided and shipping would've cost half the amount of the order. I reluctantly gave the toys to my dog, who tore the lion to shreds within 10 minutes and had to be thrown away, and now she's in her way to destroying the duck. I could've bought these from China myself, I saw the exact items, for 10 dollars a piece.. instead, I was scammed out of 149 dollars from the calm pet... What a rip off.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Ordered a large bed for my 50lb dog based on the photo showing a large bed with a large dog. Small is what I got. Took a picture and contacted the company sending them the photo...only got apologies and an offer of $10 in store credit. I spent $103 on a product that I did not receive. WHY would I purchase from them again??! No offer to send me the right size, claiming they're sorry (again) that I am disappointed. Wish I could share the photo here. Shipping was weird too. Not fast like they claim 6-10 days (took 2 weeks) and when I would attempt to check on my package, it would never tell me exactly where it was. Ridiculous.

Placed an order on 12/4/25. Three weeks later my item hadn't even been shipped. When I complained and tried to cancel the order, fake tracking suddenly appeared. At one point it said the item was at my local post office. Then it was suddenly a state away. The worst company I have dealt with in years. After all this the quality of the product is irrelevant to me.

They suck.

Now 20 days and counting. Total Chinese scam.

Do NOT fall for cute pictures and bogus reviews.

Super slow shipping and horrible tracking. They claim to be used based but after waiting a week and half for it to show up shipped it was in customs according to they reply. I would have rather bought from a US company or local. Not worth any discount they offer

Scam. £58 paid nothing delivered. Tracking said there was no reply and item returned. We were home all day, responsive dog and cctv camera. No delivery attemted.
Contact via email and customer services but no reply.

My dog destroyed their indestructible toy in less than 5 minutes. Pure garbage

Order took over a month to be delivered. Tracking info was borderline bogus, definitely inaccurate. Multiple apologies when I inquired (multiple times) on late order. Promised resolution but again it took a month to finally get the product delivered. These orders do not appear to be originated in the US. Time stamps on communication were seven hours ahead of my time zone. Product much too small for my pet. I was promised someone would contact me to resolve but no contact made. This company is not trustworthy. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, or do so at your peril.

This company is a SCAM. They promise, then do not deliver. There is NOTHING on their website that all this junk comes from CHINA. If you want to return it for refund, then you must send it to CHINA.

Only because I can't give it a 0 review! My dog is an aggressive chewer. This product was marketed as "indestructible". I purchase 3 toys, she chewed through all 3 in less than 15min. The quality was worst than dollar store material. Customer service was very unhelpful (unwilling to refund just replace it with the very same product). Long story shorty. This company is a scam! save your money!

First - NOT based in USA, in Chiba so you have to pay to return to China. Toys are no better than Dollar Store dog toys. Not durable DO NOT BUY FROM! Save your money.

I ordered a cat window sleeping mat. It smelled of chemicals so bad my cat would not have anything to do with it. They will not answer emails. I am letting my CC company get my refund for me. These are scammers from China. Do not buy anything.

Terrible terrible merchant and customer service. Paid $30 for a package that hasn’t arrived two weeks later and can’t get them to respond to my calls or emails.

It took a long time to receive the toys I ordered. They are very cheaply made. I paid over $65 for the 2 toys. One was supposed to hide treats when rolled up and put into the ball but if you put a treat in it, it would not fit. I have a small dog, 12 pounds, so it might last a little while, but would be destroyed by a little bit bigger dog. The other one that looks like a flying saucer is even more cheaply made. BIG MISTAKE TO ORDER. wish I would have read the reviews. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY REUSE PHOTOS FROM CATTASAURUS. JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTOS AND YOU CAN SEE HOW THEY HAVE REMOVED THEIR LOGO - ONE PHOTO HAS THE NAME ON IT STILL. RED FLAG. DO NOT TRUST THIS “COMPANY”!
