Dishonest company. Website boasts: "Headquartered in US" translates to they generate an order label in the US but their products are made and shipped from China. "Fast shipping" means 3 weeks to get your item. Products have no labels on them so that the buyer does not suspect they are made in China. Should be shut down.

The Calm Pets should be rated as a zero rating. The company is a scam and disconnected the phone number given. I used my AMX CARD and my credit card company stopped payment on the merchandise that never arrived. Thank you AMX.
Stay away from this company and do not waste your money or time.

It’s a scam for The Calm Pet! Phone number is disconnected and you can’t email them…they give the credit card companies just enough info so charge cannot be disputed…untrustworthy crap from China! Going in the garbage-do not trust it to be safe in my home-chemicals? AI chip? who knows these days…total POS lies on their website!!!! Buy American!!!!

This is the worst company ever. It took forever to get the product. Canceling the order was not possible and returning the product is crazy. They would not take the product back without me paying the shipping even when the shipment was seriously delayed. Do not buy from this company.

This is the most horrible company I’ve ever dealt with.
1) Their website description of products is inaccurate.
2) The company represented that are based in and operating from the US, yet the products I ordered all came from China.
3) And returns/refunds? You may as well forget it… unless you are prepared to ship things back to China, they will not work with you.

The Calm Pet - I should have checked out this company before I ordered. I was charged when I placed my order, never got a tracking number or received the item. Got a bot reply on email that I’d get a tracking number within 48 hours. I did not. Phone number disconnected. I canceled my order and will work with my bank disputing the charge if they do not refund. If they refund I’ll come back and update this review. Edit: I did get a full refund from the company.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I never received my product. When trying to contact them, I never received a reply. The phone has been disconnected.

Total crap product, within three minutes my dog had torn a hole in the toy and stuffing was all over.

I rdered the plush indestructible wolf for my yorkie. We he chewed right thriugh it. I would like a refubd.

Total scam. My dogs destroyed the stuffed animals in less than 30 minutes. Also, they were having a "sale", buy one, get one free. Another scam. I ordered 4, got 2. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

This company is a scam. I ordered a $40 interactive dog toy from them that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It was delivered a week late and with in minutes of touching the toy and letting my elderly small dog play with it, it fell apart. The Calm Pet is refusing to refund me stating that they do not take products back that dogs have touched. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

This product is obviously a facebook scam. It is a poorly made product that was torn apart by our puppy in minutes after purchase. They will not stand behind the product even though they promise it is very durable.
In addition it took forever to get the product after our order was placed. Probably had to clear customs from China??

Awful retailer if you can call them that! Their not from USA,even though they say so....never heard of their carrier for shipping, and never received the dog bed I ordered!!!! Just got emails from them stating it's coming. It's coming! NOT!!! HAD THEM REFUND MY ACCT, AND THEY DID NOT REFUND CORRECT AMT. EITHER

Do not order from this company! It took 3 weeks to get a plastic dog frisbee. Ordered it as a gift before Xmas & just got it January 8. Kept getting apologetic updates, referring to delays, but no reason why. They claim to be US based, yet they may as well be based in Australia or China, with the time it took. And the actual package IS actually in Chinese language. Never again.

AVOID at all costs. Wished I’d read reviews about these before I’d ordered. In the same position as others….. ordered goods for my pets….. receiving emails stating your order is on its way followed by emails telling me there’s a delay. I’ve tried to contact the company requesting a refund to no avail. Going to have to contact my bank to see if they can help.

HINT HINT THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY. This is not a good company to order ANY pet products or supplies. I ordered a pet seat protector back in November and still have not received it. I decided to check if this company is legit, and the reviews, this company should have a big fat zero rating. In fact it should be removed from any public or social media advertisement. False info, false expectations. Try calling the 24/7 customer service line, there is nothing, not even a ring. I have sent email after email to cancel my order, with no action from "The Calm Pet". HINT HINT, THIS COMPANY IS NOT A REAL COMPANY.

Have been waiting since beginning of December for these dog toys. Sorry I didn’t read reviews before I ordered. This company is the pits do not order!!!

This website sucks. It’s misleading. I purchased from them as their website states they are based in the United States, but their products are shipped from China and take at least two weeks to clear customs. In the meantime, they send email after email labeled, “Just a little while longer!” And “Your order is taking longer than expected!”
It’s all bullshit.

Do NOT buy this dog bed it is complete garbage and flopped flat on the floor like a deflated balloon no stuffing in it whatsoever I've purchased better quality dog bed for $17 on Amazon, they rip you off for $65 & then tell you to mail it back to China to get a refund and BTW the shipping to China is $30. COMPLETE RIP OFF DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY.
