Worth every star! Phil was very trustworthy, I had no issue letting him have my password to access my machine, amenable with my timings, knowledgeable - although I didn't understand everything he told me, it didn't matter as my painfully slow i5 Mac is now back up to speed and i can run programmes and open documents like any normal computer user!! I so appreciated your extra time and effort to get to the root of the problem and the extra house keeping bits and pieces you did free of charge. Would definitely recommend to others.

Highly recommended. I outlined my problem (slow MacBook), I was given a very reasonable quote with an estimate of 90 minutes time to fix it. I selected my timeslot online (very simple). Phil phoned exactly on time, took control of my MacBook and patiently talked me through everything he was doing. In the event, the problems were such that it took considerably longer than estimated, but the charge remained the same. Computer now works fine, and Phil also gave me some very useful advice and tips, and offered to help set up a backup hard disk, all free of charge. Brilliant.

Phil is great. Owing to the ridiculously slow nature of my Mac, it was a very time consuming task for Phil to sort out all the issues. He was so patient, kept calling me back and worked late into the evening, at no extra cost. I really thought it was the end of the days, for my old Mac but it's great again now and I can get multiple tasks done quickly. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again Phil.

My laptop was exceptionally slow. Phil went out of his way to fix it. Thank you so much, Phil, for clearing a mess of last 3 years. It's running very fast now. I can finally multitask and get all my work done.

It took a while to get things sorted - due to my lagging internet. However after doing literally everything Phil could with the software checks and upgrades; and getting me to try and reboot the system using keys... Phil suggested that it will be a hardware issue instead.
A very patient man - even if it took way over the estimated time to finish, due to bad connection on my end. Nice, polite, patient and doesn't charge more than £60 to fix any problem. Highly recommended!

Contacted TekWizard regarding a problem with my laptop who responded very quickly, booked a time slot for later the same day. Received a call dead on time and Phil worked through the issues explaining a he went.
After an hour or so problem solved, laptop working like new and without me having to leave home.
Brilliant.

I was hesitant about using TekWizard what with all the scams there are about and was aware he would have access to my computer. However my doubts have been totally allayed.
It was quickly obvious that Phil is genuine and skilled in his work.
My email problems have been completely fixed to my great relief.
It now feels like I have an app called TekWizard sitting on my computer waiting to rescue me whenever the next problem comes along.

Phil worked very quickly and efficiently through the whole list of problems I had with my iMac and all of them were solved. It’s great to see how much faster the computer is running now. There was no problem that Phil was not able to deal with. My wife and I are delighted with the result.

Not enough stars available to reflect how good this Mac superhero really is. My internal drive collapsed and I confidently imagined my backup had been working - it hadn't (largely because it wasn't plugged in - yes, I know). Phil never gave up on retrieving all my data, which he managed to do, just before the internal drive collapsed altogether. Now it's all backed up safely, the internal drive is clean and functioning again and I'm back in business. All done by phone and remote access, after normal office hours, and all explained so a layperson could follow what was happening. I was envisaging having to buy a new machine and starting again with all my work lost - but that worst-case scenario was avoided and I now feel secure knowing Phil is there when I need support. Don't hesitate - if you need someone you can trust, who will care as much as you do what happens to your stuff, Phil's your man. Thanks buddy.

I’d been well and truly hacked. A friend told Phil I needed help and he called me straight away. I have no clue what to do when things go wrong and get really anxious and panicky! Phil was very calm and explained everything to me in a way I would could mostly understand as I’m a complete numpty with technical stuff. We still have some things to change to make me safer and I have every confidence Phil will get me the security I need.

Was having issues with an older Mac and perusing through the various online boards and trying stuff...Some worked but the problem was intermittent.
Originally called in to my local Apple store, but they really weren't that interested as the machine was +5 yrs old and were only interested in selling me a new Mac.

Decided to contact TekWizard and ask their advice as I really had nothing to lose.
Phil contacted me within an hour of my inquiry which was impressive to say the least- How often do you get a call that quick following an inquiry with any of the major OEM's?
Not only that, but we spend a good 40 mins testing and going through various checks to see if we got any joy from the machine and Phil certainly knows his stuff.
Sadly it looks like the motherboard has died and given the Mac's age it looks like a case of recycling from the likes of EBay or a new machine.
if you're experiencing Mac issues outside of warranty, I would have no hesitation in recommending TekWizard to help resolve your issues.

I'd had a lot of trouble with my iMac, had it assessed for hardware issues, and tried slow coach local repair people. TekWizard were straight on the job, hands-on with remote desktop work at a reasonable price. Their expert did a great job and I'd recommend them any day. A class act!

Phill was very easy to talk to and to explain my problem with my machine. It was a virus issue. He sorted it out for me and installed some software to stop it again. He spent more time than he said he would , but did not charge any more money. Also he tied a few other things up on the machine. Works like new now. Would definitely recommend him.
