Phil and Pippa are a team that are extremely helpful, friendly with a lot of knowledge in Apple technology. They have helped me over a number of years. They will go the extra mile to help you.

I am amazed at the depth of knowledge, skill and information Phil and Pippa have about Apple Mac. They resurrected my macbook Pro and it's just like a new one. Would highly recommend their services.

Unfortunately I again needed the help of Phil and Pippa. One of the problems with being raised on Windows, is trying to understand the logic of Mac OS. Then again, am I supposed to? Anyway I managed to loose my Documents, Desktop and later discovered most of my music folders.

Within an hour or so, with a lot of discussion and digging they figured out what I had done and started the process of rebuilding my system. No doubt I had managed to throw a lot of kerb balls on the way to messing things up and by a process of elimination they got to the heart of the issues.

I can’t recommend Tekwizard enough. Absolutely trustworthy to let them into your system and resolve issues and with their knowledge and expertise you will be in good hands.

Can’t recommend highly enough for their knowledge, perseverance and patience. My Apple was saved from becoming a dinosaur ( fault was - not having been updated for years.). Was thrilled to have it and the printer working again. Very fairly priced too.

As another customer noted, Phil goes the extra mile with his service, informing you along the way what is happening. This kind of care js rare in the dog eat dog world we live in, and I appreciated it so much. Next time my laptop looks poorly I will be straight in touch.

I couldn’t have been happier with the help I received from TEKWIZARD. Phil was very knowledgeable and he managed to resolve my problem quickly. More than anything you could tell that Phil cared about the issue I was having and was determined to find a solution. Which he did!

I have a number of email addresses. My new Mac 27 worked fine, until Apple issued an operating system update after which I could receive but not send emails. After trying to resolve this myself without success I contacted Phil.
Phil was quick to respond and within a short time after taking remote control of my machine had resolved the problem. I found Phil to be friendly, knowledgeable
and helpful. Next day a small problem I had caused was swiftly resolved at no charge.
I recommend TekWizard and I thank Phil for his help and patience.

Phil was exceedingly patient with a rather devastated customer who thought she had lost all her photos and data from a wrecked I-pad. He couldn’t restore the I-pad as they are not his thing, and it’s probably had it, but guided me through setting up my new MacBook Pro restoring so much of my, as I feared, ‘lost stuff’. He worked remotely and never seemed to mind repeating instructions and dealing with very basic stuff. The free initial quick chat is a great idea. All-round reasonably priced excellent service.

really honest and very experienced and although my problem was all sorted on the phone, well he takes over remotely which is very funny to see your computer doing all sorts and you just sit there having a cup of tea if you like haha. his wife is also top notch on computers. never usually do things like this but feel the need to let anyone with a problem computer wise about my experience with this lovely couple. we are honestly and truthfully, friends for life, feel free to give them a call and mention Chris Williams from llanelli and see what they say, this is a genuine major thank you from one ex customer as now we are friends for life, and best of health to them both.

A great help and reassuringly professional

Phil has completely transformed my Apple Mac in a couple of hours. There were numerous problems with it and so I wanted a full check. Today it is running much faster and all the glitches have disappeared. He really is a "tech wizard". Thanks so much Phil. I'll keep your number handy.

Excellent and professional service. He went the extra mile and resolved the many issues, including malware, which had greatly slowed my Mac down and caused it to perform extremely irratically. The faults necessitated re-installing the disc from scratch, whilst preserving all my data. He also gave me some useful tips to avoid a repeat of the problems.

I had excellent service. My Mac was in a very bad state & running too slow to use, but Phil persevered and restored it to full speed.
