Brilliant service. I joked with Steven that he was a life saver — and he really was!

My laptop had been causing endless problems with my social media accounts, websites and online services, and he quickly worked out what was wrong.

He was professional, friendly, explained everything clearly, and showed me step by step what he was doing. He removed unnecessary programmes, fixed the issue, and saved me money by not recommending anything I didn’t need. Excellent service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Steve was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout. He took the time to explain things clearly without overcomplicating anything and was always patient when dealing with questions or issues.

What stood out most was his calm and practical approach. He genuinely wanted to solve the problem rather than just rush through it. Communication was friendly and professional, and it made the whole experience much less stressful.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable IT support and someone who actually cares about helping people.

I had problems setting up my new HP printer. Steven, together with an HP technician solved the problem and I'm now a happy bunny with a fully functioning printer!!
This is the third time I've used Steven Aspin and each time he's sorted out my IT issues in a most quiet and confident manner.
He really is the go to guy to sort out any of your computer worries!!

Steve virtually saved my life (again) by getting both my Printer and my Scanner going -after they both had stopped working.

I have contacted Steven twice recently regarding an email issue. He was extremely helpful and patient when explaining what he was doing to resolve the issue. I would not hesitate to contact him again if I need help & support with any IT issues.

Stephen Aspin has been helping me for over a year. He is excellent in all respects, solving problems no matter how long it takes. He has transferred data from an old PC to a Chrome book, saved me from losing an email account amongst other things,including printer problems
The latest magic for failing eyesight, using my TV screen as an alternative to the small chromebook screen He is also an excellent teacher, explaining and transferring his knowledge very effectively.
I am completely happy to have him in my home and I cannot recommend him highly enough

I urgently needed a power lead for my MS Surface, that I had left behind in Manchester. I fully intended to have to need to buy one and looked to find a second hand one.

Steven went well above and beyond in lending me one for the day. Very grateful and outstanding service. Will return when I need a repair or ongoing IT Support.

Same day, sorted router, back online. Very happy.

Steve sorted out all my passwords and really helped reduce my anxiety about them (without talking down to me at all).

Steven came same day to sort a WiFi issue, setup printer/scanner/copier, uninstall unnecessary programs from my PC to make it faster -and also got 1 more year's Windows Updates of Windows 10; so I don't need a new PC.

Fixed email, fixed printer and fixed Windows10 updates for another year .
