Did exactly what I needed doing easily and simply - great service and would use again.

Phil was reassuring that he could sort out my aged Mac and for a very reasonable fee spent a lot of time doing just that. He was thorough, knowledgeable and very competent as my Mac is now running better than it ever has. I am sure this would have been a different story had I taken it to the Apple Store, so I can highly recommend Phil to other Mac owners. He is a real gem.

I asked Phil to help with my slow Mac. I have worked with many professional, competent people. Few come close to Phil and his methodical, knowledgeable and courteous approach. Lots of scammers out there, Phil is definitely not one, he is extremely reliable and capable. If you have a problem with you Mac, simple, call Phil. Oh and the fix took longer than anticipated, he stuck with it until completely fixed and running well, at no extra cost. First class.

This is the second time I have asked Phil from Tekwizard for help. I have a 2011 Macbook Pro which was very very slow! I booked a 2 hour session with Phil but he actually worked throughout the weekend for many more hours to sort out and fix my problem. My Mac is now super fast and I cannot thank him enough. He is an absolute genius and he did not charge any more money having spent significant number of hours on my Mac.
I was so impressed that even my wife booked a session with him for her Mac (also 2011) and it works great now.

The best Apple guy. Phil is so patient and thorough. I’m no expert and he made things so simple for me. And working remotely was fantastic. Cannot recommend him enough. And I’ll enjoy his regular tips.

What an amazing service! Phil helped me with my hard drive failure and gave me all the confidence I needed to fix everything remotely. He’s brilliant and so patient and helped me stay calm during this IT emergency. His efforts were outstanding. I can’t recommend Phil and Tek Wizard enough. 10/10!

Phil guided me through the process of upgrading my operating system, something I was nervous about doing. He has helped with other related matters and cleared them up. He offers a very efficient and supportive service which is so reassuring when we rely on our devices being there for us. He responds promptly too. You'll not regret relying on this very competent person.

I had many probnlems with a slow mac with malware and memory and syncroniseation troubles.
All were fixed in good time with a very friendly and helpful manner but also most importantly at a very reasonable price.

This is the second occasion I have had call to use the services of TekWizard(UK). The first time two years ago when Phil put me at ease with a relaxed and helpful manner. It is a service I found on the internet and I was nervous about it but I found I had no cause for any concern. Phil pointed me in the right direction and my PC issue was resolved. This last time I had managed to pick up some Malware slowing my Mac and making it frustrating to use. Phil carried out a cleanup and service returning my machine to how it used to be. Additionally offered advice on tidying up my filing. Very satisfied.

We've used Phil three times now and he's brilliant. On the latest occasion we had booked a slot for the following day but I texted him at about 10pm to say that I had an additional problem. He immediately replied asking if he could ring me right away, and then spent 75 minutes sorting the problems out there and then. The previous time he spent all day on a set-up problem with a new machine but charged us only for two hours. He is entirely lovely and knows his stuff, always has time for you and rates are extremely reasonable.

I was lucky enough to have been recommended Phil to help me with my many MacBook Air issues. After it had been running very slowly for months and several attempts to fix the issues myself it had stopped responding completely. As a result I was very worried I had lost all my documents and particularly my photos (not backed up!). As it was not possible to access the system remotely I left my MacBook and password with Phil. He did the most amazing job getting into the system, retrieving and backing up all my data, removing malware and upgrading it to the latest operating system. It was like a new computer. He also helped me get set up again with email, etc and gave me a tutorial on all the new features. Even though it all took a lot longer than anticipated he only charged me for two hours work. Phil is reliable, professional and trustworthy and does it all with good humour. I will definitely be using his service in the future.

Friendly, professional, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Worth every penny, first time I’ve used this type of of line service but it worked brilliantly. I work shifts and late calls at 20.00 we’re no issue for phill. Advice given re back up disc purchase was perfect, meant I didn’t waste money on a product I didn’t need. Phill sorted out all the bugs on my machine, helped with I cloud issues and backed it all up- 2011 Mac book pro.
I highly recommend this service. This is the go to it support service I plan on using in the future.

I found TekWizard from a google search. I knew that such a service should exist. There should be no need to lug a computer for a software-related ‘repair’.
I had tried many DIY self fixes to no avail. I had purchased software that claimed to fix my computer but these had not worked.
Phil, the TekWizard, was nice to deal with. The process of remote login and screen handling worked very well. I was surprised, initially, that he thought 2hours was necessary until we started . My iMac was not well.
Patiently and efficiently Phill worked to identify and repair the problems; finding the malware and rebuilding my systems. He checked that everything was working properly and was prepared to go over the 2 hours, if necessary.
I am very pleased with the result; my computer has been restored to the kind of performance it had when new.

We found TekWizard on Google and liked the idea of still having computer in our possession - while Phil worked on our problem.

We booked a time to connect, Phil called and basically we shared the computer, great because you can see exactly what he is doing .

We had a couple of issues and he resolved them all. now have a computer working fast and free of bugs!! thank you!

My son was at the point of throwing his Mac out of the window, when I called Phil who talked him through doing a full back up and reset. It took all day but Phil only charged one hour. Very helpful, patient and reasonable. My son is one happy bunny Will use tekwizard whenever we have any problems.

I spent 4 months with an iMac desk top computer getting slower and slower.
I run a mixture of small online internet businesses from home so the frustration of waiting for things to load for 30 minutes or the printer to print has just driven me crazy.

I consider myself pretty knowledgable with computers not an expert but able to hold my own over the years but this was another world.

I decided to replace the computer at a cost of £2500 and actually placed it in apples shopping basket. Then one final inspiration as I had given up on this iMac why not have a look on line and see if there was someone to help.

I googled something, can't remember what and my mouse arrow fell on TekWizard (UK) web site. I searched the reviews just as you have done and was impressed.

So for 80 quid that might save me two and a half grand I thought lets give it a go and I booked an on line appointment for 1.30pm on a Saturday.

Phil called me to pre prepare the access link so no time was wasted the next day.
Phil came on line as arranged to the minute. I think he got a shock the system was in such a bad state but nothing seemed to phase him and he set about running various tests. Despite the fact I had an antivirus he very quickly found a number of viruses.
I wont go into all the checks he made because it would fill a book but the long and short of it although the viruses should obviously not have been there they were not the main problem.

I paid for 2 hours starting at 1.30pm Phil finally finished at 8pm I might add I wasn't required for more than a few minutes Phil takes control and there is nothing for you to do unless you want to watch your screen and get bored. If he needs you he rings you.

Now my computer was in a very poor state indeed it is used to access Chinese web sites almost 24 hours a day with all the risks that involves. I am told 2 hours usually does most issues.

Here is the best part £80 was the quote £80 was what I paid Phil didn't want any more its a fixed fee.
The bonus I can now take that £2500 computer out of Apples shopping basket.
My computer is as fast now as it was in 2012
