I have been thoroughly impressed by Rich's professionalism and attention to detail. I shared my recent experience with the Biffy Clyro colab shirt that arrived in California damaged and I also shared what the band means to me and what I do for a living in social services.

The band and their message resonates very strongly with me and I am very passionate about the importance of mental health and of not letting people slip through the cracks so I really support CALM and what you guys do.

It may have been pretty routine stuff for Rich, but I can't commend him enough for his courteousness and for resolving my issue in such a kind manner.

My husband’s brother got him the wrong size t-shirt so I emailed teemill with all the details (as I didn’t have the order number) and they sent me a prepaid label so I could exchange it. Thank you to Rich who was really helpful and sorted it all out for us! Correct T-shirt arrived last Friday. It is good quality and my husband loves it.

Finding it hard to navigate and set up. Got about 14 items to get started with, on AI models, only shows women or men when at times need opposite sex with picture. setting up web page and payment etc is more difficult than expected. Enjoying designing good etc and want to get going.

Purchased many boxy t shirts in the past without any problem. The last order was inconsistent with sizing. When I relayed this matter with Rapanui, after a few emails with Becca, the matter was sorted and I was refunded . Fantastic customer service! Thank you.

I really enjoy the high quality products that Teemill offers. The shipping is fast and uncomplicated, even internationally. The customer support ist really quick, friendly and helpful, so I have had only good experiences with Teemill so far. I will definitely continue to order things there!

I've hosted a Teemill shop for probably 5 years now - it's been fantastic throughout. The shirts are great quality, delivery times are quick, and the ease of use of the website makes amassing a huge collection of designs easy. I would never have been able to experiment the way I do with new work with any other company - the quality of the printing gives so much more leeway than any other print-to-order provider I've used. And the ability to structure your shop however you want means that your work doesn't just get lost in a big pile - you can create and curate collections, and direct customers around your work in the clearest and easiest way possible. Their poster prints are also great, and very flexible in shape and sizes. If you are thinking of getting into shirt design, can't recommend highly enough. My drawers are basically full of all of my own stuff now.

Sorry to say the quality of the T-shirts has declined significantly. The printing quality seems to have suffered the same fate- colours are dull and there’s a dodgy outline on the edges. I had a T-shirt that I wore out but loved- I reorderd the exact same product and the new one was a poor imitation of the original, even the sizing was noticeably different- the new one was baggy and very thin cotton and just felt poor quality straight away. Oh well.

I already have a Fishlocker hoodie, embroidered logo front, rear and sleeve. Really good quality, I've had it now a number of years.
Just received Two new hoodies, quality of the hoodie isn't very good, no embroidered logo just a screen print of the Fishlocker logo on the front. Nothing on the back or sleeve. Tbh it looks and feels like a cheap chinese knock off! Very ,very disappointed with the garments. People associate the Fishlocker with quality and excellence, this has fallen far short of that.

Got a lovely cats protection sweatshirt, few problems with delivery but all sorted by excellent customer advisors

Tshirts all screwed up in a ball when received, the print on one tshirt is wonky ,multiple emails ,response so slow ,i thought I was buying from the wildlife trust looks like this company is the distributor and not very good at it 🫩

I haven't ordered yet as I wanted to check that Evri are not the company delivering (we call them 'Nevri' as nothing ever arrives).
Customer services replied within 12 hrs. Now to place an order....🤔

Tried contacting Rapanui and Teemill 3 times with regards to a pair of their Hybrid shorts that cost nearly £50 each. I still haven’t heard back from them and there policy says they will contact you in 2 days but aim for earlier than that!!

They got in touch to say they have refunded me fully for my shorts that had faded after first wash. Thanks

UPDATE: I originally gave Teemill 2 stars due to frustration regarding an outstanding refund. However this issue has now been resolved thanks to a phone call from the lovely Cristie in Customer Services who was immensely helpful.

I'm keen to launch my shop with Teemill, all easy to set up, bought some samples which were great, but I have an issue that is stopping me launching. Have sent an email and an online enquiry, received a confirmation saying they would get back to me within 48hours but nothing a week later. Have totally lost confidence in this product which is a real shame.

I am only just starting out on teemill but I have found the setup easy to use and the staff helpful and friendly. My first plan was to push products to an Etsy page but I decided to let that go and concentrate on Teemill. You can get lost on Etsy and it breaks the direct link with the producer, shipper. and customer services. I am excited to start a new journey with support.

Had an issue with gift ordered in wrong size - Max resolved very quickly. T shirts are very good quality - would definitely buy from this company again

Excellent swift response to both a purchase and sadly a return. Could not fault RSPB for their service, excellent quality, and care.

Good customer service, but poor quality printing on t-shirts ( printing washed off or peeled with a few washes). Customer service did offer replacements, so can't fault that - but the product is not long lasting, unfortunately.

Customer service is responsive and helpful and friendly. Great merchandise too! Beautiful quality that will last and last and remain favorites. I have quite the collection now! :>)

I recently ordered a Wildlife Trust t-shirt that on arrival was too small and despite following the return procedure I encountered few issues one of which was not having a order number/ confirmation. After sending several emails I received a reply (and apology) from Rich at Teemill who provided me with clarity with regards to returning my item. The communication from Rich over the last few days has been extremely appreciated as we finally worked towards a solution.
Hats off to Rich and a massive thank you for getting my issue sorted 👌👍
